So, everything is expensive these days. So it's definitely not a cheap burger. But I felt like I got what I paid for.... A very tasty tasty and filling burger. Upgraded to the truffle fries. I wasn't even able to finish the burger. I flew in there cause I've never been to that airport and it's always cool to fly somewhere new for lunch.. For pilots, transient parking is right off the taxiway at the restaurant and they have a small pilot lounge to the building next to this restaurant. They weren't open when I got there so I went there to hang out for 10 mins or so. Very dive bar type feeling but not in a bad way or anything. Small gripe, but No Dr pepper available. I'd for sure go back. Bartender/waitress was very friendly.

My wife and I haven't been, so it seemed like a good place to go for our anniversary. Has ok reviews, but what really caught my eye was the owner responses. Every low review, the owner acts like he's gonna fight someone. In my head, if he's this passionate about his restaurant, it has to be good or at least the test to find out right?
Oh man, this place is nothing but disappointing. I'll start with drinks, I suppose. Got an old-fashioned with soda ice. Small nitpick, but I've never paid $16 on a drink to get ice bin ice. This might not have bugged me if the 3 times we asked for water wasn't completely ignored. Pot stickers appetizer? Deep fried? Alright, these might be good. Wait, they're just store bought frozen. So already 0/3 if you count the water. Look over the menu several times and decide on the clam chowder. A can of Progresso was better than what I was served. I've never had a bowl filled with so many shells. A couple for decoration, sure. A bowl of bland, thin, potato soup with a lb of clams that seem like they were added after the fact. Getting broken shells is fun for everyone right? I'd say my wife's chicken seemed a lot better than my fare.

Total ripoff on pricing across the board. Tries to pretend it's an upscale restaurant when in reality you go to sit down and the table wobbles. As I'm writing this, I have it as a 2*, but I'm literally talking myself into a 1*. If the owner put half the passion he puts into his response, this could be a half decent restaurant. Otherwise, it's just another Kelseyville restaurant trying to convince people that it's something it's not.

We first came here last December and had the best hand battered thick pieces of cod and fresh cut fries we ever had. We were there two days ago I ordered the same. Waited 45mins. The people next to us, who were seated at the same time ate and left before we got our food. When I finally got my $23.99 order of fish and chips it was out of a freezer bag and cooked to a crisp! Discussed... We will never be back...

I went to Red's for the 1st time with friends and family.. They seated us right away with a smile ?. The waitress was awesome! The food was off the hook! I had the French dip, it was a very large portion, the meat was very tender and juicy. For my side I ordered onion rings, everyone at the table was trying them, they were very good. The atmosphere was fun, we watched airplanes take off, who can ask for more.
Parking: There was plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: There were lots of families there eating with young children .

Our serve was very kind and sweet. The staff was great and moved quickly to ensure we were taken care of. Unfortunately, the food was not very good. Was very disappointed as it was my bday diner with my family.

The service was great. We came in at about 3pm on saturday. We got several appetizers, which were all pretty good. I ordered fish and chips for my entree, which tasted a bit funny. I got awful food poisoning.
Been here a handful of times and it is one of the best places we have ever at at! always a spot when in town!

Order the meat loaf it wasn’t cooked in the middle at all and my mother in law order a burger and it wasn’t cooked either and on top of that they brought out burned onion rings with her burger like totally burned I never been so shocked it’s like they totally don’t care I would totally avoid this restaurant

We flew into the small airport. Tie downs right in front of the restaurant. Lovely views, great wait staff, many locals. They change up the menu. I had the bacon infused grilled cheese with gueyere. I could eat that every day. Will be going back.

We have been here 4 different times over the last year.. we keep trying but the hospitality and service is just AWFUL...
We were waiting to be seated and the waitresses walked by 3 or 4 times without acknowledging our arrival. We were called up by the server who said "oh 4 ? Ok theres tables in the back you can go sit wherever you want" then walked away. We sat down for 15 minutes without being approached to order drinks..We had to ask for coloring stuff 2 different times with young kids at our table and finally had to ask another server... waitress didnt check in during the meal ever ...never brought refills or asked until after she cleared our plates and sent the bill over...didnt bring water and never offered it ..another server brought our check before bringing the dessert i ordered...
And speaking of the dessert...I approached the waitress upon arrival privately letting her know my daughter was celebrating a birthday that day and I put in an order for cake at the beginning of the meal. When she cleared our dinner plates she leaned over and asked my daughter what her name was... then said oh im just asking so i know your name for your birthday song. I mean.........it was fitting given the entirety of the experience - the icing on the cake (pun intended).
Food is better than it was 6 months ago . So whatever changed there- thats good.
We gave it an honest effort on multiple occasions but we have only ever left feeling irritated. The whole thing was like a transactional lifeless experience. Wouldnt recommend except for maybe if you feel like ordering out for pickup and literally no other restaurant is open.
