Terrible customer service. The cashier and the bagger are way too involved in their conversation to even acknowledge that customers are even in his line. Not friendly at all. This has been an on going thing that seems to be progressively getting worse. Never had this issue at Bruno’s.

prices get a beating when you use your club card which is free to everyone, I especially like the buy two get 3 offers usually on soda and meat that has gone astronomical, you still get discounts with your card and when meats on sale I buy in bulk

my son has attempted many times for a job at the store we moved from Santa Rosa to Lakeport a year ago he is a high-school graduate and he previously worked at Safeway on Marlow road in Santa Rosa he has a great work history and many great references he also was a boy scout.he has had so many problems with this store telling him to come back at different times when my son does come back they set him back for more times and more days to come back I feel that they are discrimin
