The mango dragonfruit lemonade has a weird flavor to it. I was told almost 3 months ago it was because of the increased caffeine. I’ve been to two other Starbucks locations in Lake County and a few others out of state. Every single other location tastes normal. Some type of cross contamination happened at this store and months later it hasn’t been addressed since the drink still tastes funky. Please consider changing the containers or something :(

Talk about unprofessional, an off duty employee walked up and got her drink before everyone else in line and was distracting the already busy employees by having a conversation about getting in trouble for her behavior on shift the day before. The baristas couldn’t keep the customers orders straight and weren’t friendly at all.

If I don't have a dragon fruit lemonade refresher at very least once a month I break out in a terrible rash. This fixes that
Employee to lazy to make Frappuccino and lied about not having the ingredients to make any type of Frappuccino. Watched her Co worker make a Frappuccino for a different customer literally five minutes later. If you are going to lie make sure you tell your co workers so they are on the same page.

Unfortunately their wand that warms the coffee I was told isn't working correctly then they told me they fixed it and it's still not working apparently because my coffee is never hot.

The employees there are so awesome, the ones that have been there awhile know me by name and always know what drink I'm getting, the newer employees don't really know me yet because since I moved I don't go there as much as I used to, but I'm sure if I did they would also be sure to know my name and fav drink. I'm not sure if that's something that they are trained or not but either way it definitely shows that their customers are important to them. Only one time have they ever gotten my order wrong and it was someone just starting out and I believe it was more miscommunication than anything and they fixed it right away no problems. Also back when I was struggling on the street and pregnant (pre COVID) I would go inside as soon as Safeway was open and I'd order a cup of coffee and sit at the tables (when they still had them) so I could get warm and be out of the weather for a bit and so many times they would either just give me a coffee or they sound fine me free refills because they knew I was just trying to be warm and I never caused any trouble, I just kept to myself a never bothered any body, I was just going through rough times. They have always been so sweet and nice to me no matter what situation I was in. This is definitely my favorite Starbucks and I will always recommend going here to get your coffee drinks and or pastries!
Vegetarian options: You can always get soy instead of milk or creamer
Dietary restrictions: I know they have a few different options to choose from
Parking: They have a parking spot that is designated only for Starbucks customers, but there's also usually plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot of safeway
Kid-friendliness: They do have drinks that are caffeine free and they have cake pops which kids love!
Wheelchair accessibility: It's inside Safeway and it's wheelchair accessible and the counter to pick up drinks is low enough for someone in a wheelchair
