Unfortunately their wand that warms the coffee I was told isn't working correctly then they told me they fixed it and it's still not working apparently because my coffee is never hot.

The employees there are so awesome, the ones that have been there awhile know me by name and always know what drink I'm getting, the newer employees don't really know me yet because since I moved I don't go there as much as I used to, but I'm sure if I did they would also be sure to know my name and fav drink. I'm not sure if that's something that they are trained or not but either way it definitely shows that their customers are important to them....
