I could give ZERO start I order the New York cheesecake, does this look like it? She didn't flip our ice cream, we took one friend for first time to try DQ and she got bad experience as first time, when we go complaint my order was wrong she come to gives us attitude, and we spend 24 dllrs for what? Really worst experience

Best cotton candy blizzard I have ever gotten was here. But the guy made it seem like in place of a burger you could get a chicken sandwich but it was just chicken tenders. Outdoor seating but it's a sketchy area.

If I could give zero stars I would. My family ordered 4 blizzards they repeated the order back to us and it was correct but when we got them home and tried them 3 was wrong. We looked at the receipt and sure enough they rang up the wrong ones but still repeated the correct ones so we didn't think we needed to look at it. They even asked us at the window if they where correct and we corrected them saying no we had these ones and they said okay then gave us the blizzards. Just looking at them they all looked correct so we thought it was fine. This is not the first time we've had a major problem with them but we wanted to give them another chance since we live so close but this was the last straw we will not be coming back here again we will be going to the Santee location from now on. And just to top it all off what they gave us no one in my family likes so 3 of us went without a blizzard and we paid $30 for wrong stuff even though it was said 3 times what it was to them. This location used to be great but now it's just a waste of time and money.

If you want service, don't go to this DQ. They have 2 people working and. One ringing people up and the other only cooking food. No one was working on making the ice cream. I had to wait 30 min for my husband to speak up and tell them to work on the ice cream. There was at least 10 people waiting before us and still didn't get their ice cream. Not worth the wait.

Went to DQ tonight. First, I got my order taken quickly. That was great. There were 5-6 other families/couples. I ordered middle of the pack. Everyone else got their order in the order we all stood in line. Mine never came out. Everyone else got their stuff and left and I was still waiting. Still waiting. There were at least 3 kids in there. All just standing around talking. No one was looking at me. They just kept talking then one looked over at me and got another one’s attention and they suddenly started making my 2 blizzards fast. I was a little annoyed, but I wasn’t going to write a negative review over some kids slacking off at work. Then, I got home, sat down to eat my blizzard, and it’s just vanilla ice cream. Not my chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. Nope. A cup of vanilla ice cream. I’m all for teens working and learning responsibility, but maybe this location needs a manager or two who are older and actually care to some degree.

I’ve already called once about this. But why is the person who works the register outside wiping down benches an hour n half before closing ? Why was the guy in front of me waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to the register and take his order ? How are you not getting it ? Stop cleaning if you don’t have enough staff. AND the giant posters in the window completely block employees view of the outside. So they can’t see anyone waiting to order. Take those outrageous posters down and make it so employees do their job. I couldn’t get anyone’s attention inside unless I yelled. Managers please manage your store. This is the worst DQ. Unfortunately the one closest to me. So I have to drive to Santee for customer service??? Do better. Don’t respond. Just DO better. It’s not that hard.
