They stop taking orders 20 minutes before they close. Their hours online should account for that. If their hours state they are open till a certain time, they should be taking orders till that stated time.

Well here we go...I show up with one customer in front of me then I placed my order just two sundaes large regular.7:12pm on a Monday night I sit down on the benches I did not see any dashers coming for any orders so when I looked at my phone and saw it was 7:49pm I'm thinking what the hell is going on back there!?!..I go up to the window and the guys back there say I domt know what happened to the ticket ?️ sorry about that we will make ot really quick..like ive been standing here for 30 mins..At this point im over it havimg a Sundae. DQ GET YOUR STAFF IN LINE. I don't think I'll be coming back, I'm posting a picture of what they gave me.. please tell me is this really a large sundae??
I ordered a cheese burger then paided for an extra patty. Then when I got my food there was only 1 patty. I went to the window and asked if I can get another patty. They gave me another SINGLE burger patty and said rudely that patty was supposed to go on the other burger when both the burgers I got where single patty burgers. (What was I supposed to do put a hot patty on a cold burger. Smh) poor customer service.

DQ is a staple and this specific restaurant is no different. Want some late night munchies and desserts, look no further!
I wasn't impressed. There was nobody at the window to take out order and the person that finally came to take my order seemed unhappy that I was interrupting whatever they were doing. When I sat down to eat my ice cream the was someone that kept coming by and dropping the floor kicking up dust and dirt.
