I ordered a Cobb salad and the salad is norally made with their menu chicken,bacon,avacodo egg. No had no avocado so I went back they put it on salad. Ok then drive all the way home and then there was no bacon. They skipped the main too most expensive thing’s and I feel like it was on perpose.

Called to put in a pickup order. Employee had not a bit of friendliness in her voice. It was like she didn't want to be there. This was the lakeside location. I ordered a Frankie, extra tomatoes, extra cheese, and added bacon. The onion roll was wonderful with flavor and softness. Definitely fresh. Bacon fully cooked and crispy....loved it. However the tomato slices were the size of small Roma tomatoes and I could barely see meat.

I parked in a handicapped stall in front of this business, as I am disabled. While my vehicle may not have been perfectly aligned within the lines, it was parked as safely and securely as possible. Upon returning from lunch, I was approached by a disgruntled woman who emerged from the business and complained that I was taking up two spots. Her tone was unnecessarily condescending and rude. This is the third negative review I've seen about this woman, suggesting a pattern of inappropriate behavior.

Do not order online. I’ve ordered online 3 times over last year and each time there was an issue getting my order. Today I submitted my order, waited 20 mins for the pick up time then drove to the restaurant on my lunch break to pick up my sandwich. They said they didn’t have my order then found it printed off below the desk. I told them I was on my lunch break and I either needed my sandwich quickly or a refund. I was told I needed to contact someone else for a refund. Then she went on to say she didn’t know why people order from eat street because they don’t get alerted when those orders are submitted. When I googled Deli Belly and clicked order online this is where it automatically takes you. If you are having issues with a platform that you subscribe to, please stop subscribing to that platform. Don’t act like your customers have done something wrong. In the end she made my sandwich and I left. Unfortunately she didn’t make the sandwich correctly, I asked for no tomatoes, which was a huge bummer when it took 30 minutes from ordering to actually receiving 1 sandwich.

Drove by and was excited to try this place. I placed my order online and the first thing the lady said to me is “they charge us 28%, next time call in your order”. It felt really rude. Sandwich was mediocre, I’ve had better sandwiches from subway or Vons. The meat was completely shredded and drenched in mustard. Safe to say I’m never eating here again.
