This place on winter gardens in lakeside is unsatisfactory as far as management!! I waited 22 min for a chicken salad and a 1/2 burger there was 1 car in front of me that’s it. I also received the wrong order I specifically asked for a lettuce wrap burger and of course it had the burger bun I spoke with the drive thru personnel and the told me to park in the parking lot and they would bring me a new one but I didn’t want to wait another 15 min I left and headed to work and called to speak to the manager and before I even asked for that the woman asked me if I could hold for 10 min I chose not too and she said the manager was not at the store. She did say she couldn’t talk to the manager and relay a message because I didn’t want to tell her what I experienced today so my next step is to physically go to the restaurant and bring this up with management and this place needs supervision big time!!! Horrible experience.

As far as fast food chains go this is probably one of the best. They still charged too much money but they do give you a good quantity.

It is the worst branch of chicken Greek. Their service is really bad.
I can't judge the atmosphere too much it was dead We wanted at a slow time. The surface was mediocre but again I don't really know what I expected out of them It wasn't busy. The only thing we ordered was two small banana splits. My cousins came with a hair in it. They remade it no problem but the image is still there It's disgusting, When she brought the new one out she said I have no idea how that happened... Um, no hair nets that's how that happened. But that's not Greek chicken's policy. I really don't think that's many fast food places policy anymore. The root beer had too much syrup not enough carbonation It was gross, their ice came out with solid colored white things attached to the ice cubes I don't know what that was about. It just wasn't a great experience. At the Lakeside one anyway I've had good experiences at other ones but today not this one...
