Just had a really rude experience with the 1am shift i mean i know its late but i don't think customer service has to be this terrible. The guy had an awful attitude. Im sorry if they don't want to work there but shouldn't treat people that way. Didnt have name tag long hair guy

Rude and your order is never right. What a shame to be the only place open for a person like me. Who works till 2am and on the regular gets screwed over by a franchise restaurant. Spoke to the manager a few times and unfortunately was uncooperative , unbelievably rude and condescending. It amazes me how some people are in the fast food industry. If you can’t stand the heat. Get out of the kitchen.

I made 2 orders for the people in my car and the guy mocked me on the intercom and told me to eff off and have a great day when I told him to not be so rude next time. Said I needed to tell him from the beginning if I was going to put two orders in because they r short staffed.

This is the only fast food location, Jacks or otherwise, that Ive been able to get a shake at past like 8pm! My whole life Ive been told no cuz theyve shut down their shake machine to clean it for the night even tho the place will still be open for hours. But not here! I love it!🙃

Dirty dinning room, lazy workers, stupid self check out service. My, how far the jack in the box has fallen. Stood there for 5 min before anyone helped. Got my food, they just threw it into the bag. So the loaded waffle fries i didn't get to even try because they caked the bag. The women in there like to sit in plane sight and pow wow. And the self service option was absolutely stupid. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it auto made it a grilled filt. No assistance or attempt to make it right by anyone in the store. Waste of money

Great breakfast. Loved seeing my old Jack. Worked there in 1982. My next visit today for lunch months later was bad. Added tomatoes I pd for missing. Took 15 minutes in the lobby to get my burger. All the tables were dirty. Sad 😥
