Ordered 2 sandwiches one with mayo on both sides of bread when I got home with sandwiches one had no mayo at all and the bread was rock hard

I was at this location in March I got terrible service and I talked to Devon and he assured me I would receive a free sandwich on my next visit it took me 5 months to come back and Devon was working and he denied me my free sandwich and did not even look in the notebook for my name and continued to argue with me and I couldn't even put in my phone number for my points. What gives with the run around. Can the owner please reach out to me please. Thank you.

Do not order online. It is a mystery challenge what you receive. If you order turkey be prepared for a salt fest. Jalapenos - 1 slice on each piece. Spicey mustard - none but plenty of unordered oil and vinegar dressing. Requested no cheese - too bad... it was there. Like pepperoni- it was there even though not ordered. Bread-plain and ordinary at best. Partner enjoyed his roast beef. Subs were wrapped nicely and placed in an easy carry bag. Maybe ordering in person gets better results. As for me, 3rd and last online order.

It's my go to place for good healthy freshly made sandwiches The staff is the greatest. I love walking into this place the staff are also upbeat, friendly. My sandwich was perfect! Made exactly to order. I did a mobile order and had never been to this location but was very pleased with how well my sandwich was made. The store was super clean, lots of seating and staff was super nice.
