Wow, this place has changed…. The prices are outrageous considering what you order. A family meal is not as cost effective as a sit down restaurant. The chicken is still good, but that’s about it. It time to pass on another place to eat.
Drive-thru today. Difficult too eat with no napkins or utensils.
Lemon cake had a very strange smell & taste to it. Did not even eat it.
Chicken, mashed pot/gravy & coleslaw was good as always.
Window employee was pleasant.

Online order. Wasn’t ready Scrambled to get it together messed up the quantities and sizes of items. Dirty lobby place is a mess. 2 people in drive in me and another in lobby. I can only imagine what this place is like when it’s busy.

The workers threw a fit because I asked for water. What kind of customer service is this? The worker didn’t even look at me when he talked. And after a minute of negotiations he gave me 4 cups of water when I asked for 6 because I was with my family. Come to find out, he put his own hair and he SPIT on my water. If this man does not get fired by the end of the day KFC will lose a loyal returning everyday customer.

So when I use the KFC app to order a family chicken deal which it’s not a deal btw for $35 when it used to be $20 Fill Up and way less prior to Covid! The time that it says it will be ready is not the time you will get your food so beware that you should arrive later like give them 15 more minutes or arrive early and be prepared to wait another 15 to 30 minutes for a family meal. The night manager is very nice and may offer you a free drink or a free small cake! I recommend both if you have to wait longer than normal for your food.
