Best hidden gem in Lakeside (or wherever it is)!!! This little truck has the very best grilled shrimp burritos and fish tacos EVER. We have lived in East County for over 25 years and sampled every grilled shrimp burrito and fish taco in a 15 mile radius. Promise- you will not be disappointed. We just had a party of 20 people who mostly just ordered the grilled shrimp burrito (ordered the day before) and they all loved it. It's a big burrito, so we always cut it in half and eat the other half for lunch.... And it's good COLD like a sandwich the next day. Sounds weird but it's literally just as good cold. We also got about 4 shrimp ceviche to share around. That’s good too. Oh and don't forget the chipotle mayo and green sauce! It is our Friday night regular stop on the way home after a busy week.Ambiance is just a parking lot but the little Hispanic market there also has the best no-name brand tortillla chips and fresh tortillas. So we shop while we wait for our food. So that's why we also line the ambiance!

The food here is amazing!! Best flavor, very meaty we try carne asada tacos, berria tacos chicken burritos are the best on my list!!! Been coming here for a couple months never disappoints great customer service skills! I wish they would open on Sundays would love to take the family after church here!! I bring tacos to my coworkers all the time and they all loved it!!! Tacos burritos they are all sooooo good!!?????????

Freshly prepared food from a well run kitchen with excellent customer service folks. New to us. Fish tacos rocked my lunch break. Me & mom are getting dinner there tonight.

We have been coming here for months and always had a great experience until today. I called in an order for 3 people and one of the items was a quesadilla instead of a quesabirria. Mistakes happen, it was totally ok. I called and they were making the qusabirria that we had to drive back for. When my friend got there, the lady demanded the quesadilla back that she didn't bring back because it's food and it's not like you can resell it anyway. Maybe I need to question the freshness of the food. So she told her she had to drive back and come back again with the cold plain quesadilla. She did not want to waste any more of her time to drive back so she just paid for the quesadilla as well that we didn't even order. I don't understand why the lady had to be so rude and complicated over her own mistake. We've given this place lots of business and good word and now I'm so frustrated at how she handled this situation over a tortilla with cheese.

The shrimp tacos are the bomb! Made to order just like you asked! Mine are shrimp tacos light on the cabbage extra jalapeno sauce. Customer service is always great! The only down is it's cash only but other than that can't be beat! I'm so glad East county has this little gem!
