I go to mc Donald often the terrible service I received while waiting for my food . One of you managers Wendy was already messing orders up and instead of helping me before the mix up she looked at me and had me waiting for 15 minutes. I finally got help and I see a manager Linda passing me someone else messed up order I say something about it and the manager Wendy gives me the craziest attitude and continued to talk to me very hostile and when I was checking my food she was all in my space and I did not respect that. Wendy was so unprofessional to me the whole experience and she’s a manager I will be reporting this in several different rating apps because I’m a regular customer and a very very simple one . I feel disrespected and to top it off they talked about me in Spanish knowing I would t pick up everything . These two managers are the worst and can’t manage a mc Donald’s . The restaurant was super clean. My steak bagel was made to order and tasted really good. I also noticed the price for the bagel sandwich was about 75 cents cheaper than my local McD.

I was trying to get my order and go to use the bathroom but there was this person cleaning the bathroom so I couldn't use it until later but he took a long time and the worker there was very rude. Plus this happened to be during the morning about 8am-9am which time the bathroom should have already been cleaned
The owner of this McDonald's definitely needs more workers on their stablishment, always long lines I always eat inside and I always loose 25 min of my lunch time for my food to be delivered on my table. A double cheese burger and a hot&spicy 25 min, no thanks...

This place always has very small lines but takes forever!! Went through yesterday to use the app and get free fries with my purchase. After giving her the 4 digit code and it showed as "got it" on my phone app, which is supposed to mean they receive it. Well, I started placing the rest of my order, and then she asked for the code AGAIN!! I politely told her I gave it to her already, and she said she needed it again bc it didn't go through! I stated it shows as received on my end, and she became irritated and said once again she needs code or she can't give me the free fries with the purchase otherwise. I tried to pull it up again, and it said I already used the code, and in the app, it said try back in 15 minutes, as I am sitting in the damn drive-thru!! I tried to explain this to her, but she was not in the mood to help me out and basically said she couldn't do anything for me! I was so upset I refused to place an order, and I sat in the drive-thru waiting patiently to leave!! You pay them $20/hr, but you can't teach them proper manners or even how to de-escalate situations to make the customers happy!! I think I am done eating at this cheap, overpriced garbage place anyway...DO BETTER!!
