On July 6th at 10:30 pm I ordered a Salad, within the fist three bites, I bit into an olive that was in my salad and broke my tooth. Apparently the olives they used were not pitted. I immediately informed the waiter to call the manager the manager of the restaurant, accompanied by the head of security of the casino, came over to my table, I showed them olive and also my broken tooth. They suggested to call the Casino EMT.
The EMTs arrived in a few minutes and they also inspected The salad and my broken tooth, but unfortunately, there was nothing that they could do other than sending me to their gift store to purchase Tylenol to help the pain.
Joe Martin, which is the head of security and apparently the person in charge to handle these type of incidents, asked me to go ahead and get a dentist to look at the broken tooth and give me an estimate To repair, since this will happen in a weekend, I made an appointment with a dentist on Tuesday. I Got a written estimate along with photos and emailed it directly to Joe Martin the same day.
it is now August 26, which makes it almost 2 months since the incident, I have left several messages, emails, also spoke to the hotel manager twice, which assured me that he would have Joe Martin call me, it hasn’t happened yet.
I am at VIP player and at Baronas Casino, my last visit I put thousands of dollars in their machines.
I will not be ever going back to this casino or hotel and I am about to hire an attorney to sue the restaurant for the damage that they caused.

Be aware, even if you show up and there are PLENTY of open tables, they like to ask if you are a member - and if you are not, it's a 30-40 minute wait. Even after our meal was done, still plenty of open tables.
Rather than making new visitors feel like they are not welcome, you would think they might encourage them to become members. It certainly made me not want to come back.

Had brunch at Sage ,customer service sucked. Twenty minute wait to be seated ,thirty minute wait for food to be served and 25 minute wait for our server to ring me up .Jacqueline was very Rude and unpleasant with a horrible attitude. Food wasnt that great had eggs & steak which had a freezer burn taste to it .wife had ordered Buffalo wings that we're huge and overly breaded & greasy. Now I'm passing gas that smells like rotting sewer, OMG Food quality has gotten real Nasty .

This was my second time there. The food is perfect without all the a la carte stuff. Prime rib gets an ice cream included.
Ask for Benjy. He is a great server and a very hard worker.

Average restaurant fare with below average service. Nothing to make it stand out. Prime rib was so-so, served with green beans, side iceberg lettuce salad, choice of dressings, and garlic mashed potatoes. We were comped by the casino and substituted Caesar and baked potato which may have otherwise incurred an upcharge, but I really don't know. Had we not been comped, I would not have selected that restaurant. Service was slow with many mistakes made in delivery. If you're in the casino, you can eat there but I wouldn't make the trip for that purpose alone.

24 hours and great ribeye steaks. The included wedge salad is served nice and chill with cold dressing, makes for a better taste.

We were here for an hour and a half, very very very slow service. The food came out cold. I wanted to like it but it was terrible. We came here hyped at the reviews and …. Pffffft. Sad. The prime rib dinner was like cutting cold ham. My wife’s food didn’t even get cooked all the way.
