Took my wife out to this casino for our 25 year anniversary, we both ordered prime rib, what we got resembled over cooked steaks i asked for medium she got medium well, very disappointed, we have eaten here several times but this is what I'll really remember

Honestly, this is a hard review to write. I love love love sage cafe, however in the last year everytime we go in ready to spend money and have a good time, the servers almost always ignore our table, the food takes an hour to get there, people around us have waters bread and acknowledgment before we do. It’s happened so often that it’s getting harder and harder to go back. They almost treat us differently because we are younger . They hands down cater to their older guests. Disappointed in the most recent experience, you have some waitresses running back-and-forth and then other servers lounging around it’s frustrating as a guest, especially when you don’t receive all the complementary things other guest received like their free bread having to ask to get our water refilled, And then having our food, come out cold. Overall Service needs to change

Food is always delicious and the staff is professional and courteous. Just dining by myself usually takes a little longer to close out the tab. I fell in love with consistency when I get the food. Not even once since I have been coming have I had to send the food back to get adjusted.

The complimentary fried bread was great. The prime rib was cooked well and worth the price. The baby back ribs were not fall of the bone so I would not recommend it but overall it was still good. The meal also comes with ice cream which was also good.

I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional service we received at Sage Café. While the visit was great, the standout element was your server, Haifa.
This was the second time we’ve had the pleasure of being seated in her section, and she is consistently excellent. In Germany, we have a saying that someone 'sees the work', and Haifa embodies this perfectly. She is incredibly efficient and proactive; she anticipates needs before you even have to ask. Whether it’s getting the water or a refill or clearing a plate, she just sees it and does it.
Most importantly, she does everything with a genuine, huge smile on her face that makes you feel truly welcome. She is a true professional and an asset to the Sage Café team!

We’ve been coming here for many years over 20 years and the food is always been a good bargain for the price. It tastes good, service is great. Staff is very friendly it’s a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast lunch or dinner you cant go wrong ive tried everything. The prime rib is Excellent

Slowest service in the history of service a there is never a true reason why . No matter the rims or day I come in , it will take forever . At the moment there is literally one other guest in the restaurant, yet still it took 15 min to get water .

Excellent seating hostesses. Our waitress was very sweet and welcoming. It seems she knew many guests by name.
I ordered the broiled salmon Salad. It was delicious. I did not care for the tomato gazpacho dressing but it was delicious with blue cheese dressing.
The calamari appetizer was good. Delicious but lots of crispy breading. May try another appetizer next visit.
My husband had the ribeye. He enjoyed his meal. The steak looked flavorful and good char marks.
The complimentary bread and butter was excellent. I would come back just for the mini fry bread alone.
Prices are reasonable and portions are generous.

Before the pandemic I visited them on several occasions, they were at the level of expectation due to the price and quality of the ingredients. Now in 2025 I will return. The worst food I have ever tried is low quality, poor presentation of the dishes and microwave flavors.
