I ordered on the app because they were too busy chick chatting. While they're on their mics, not paying attention to customers.It took him over ten minutes to get my order and I missed the bus. Thank you! They need to do better in the afternoon.

visited the Starbucks in Lakeside, CA, after an exhausting day, and Barista Amanda’s exceptional service truly turned my day around. Her warm smile and engaging personality made me feel instantly welcome. When I inquired about her favorite drinks, she introduced me to a cortado and went above and beyond to craft the perfect beverage. Instead of the usual pump of sugar, Amanda thoughtfully recommended raw brown sugar, adding half a packet and leaving the rest for me to adjust to my taste. The result was a delightful blend of coconut milk, Blonde Espresso, and brown sugar—a drink that was nothing short of perfection. Amanda’s dedication to her craft and genuine care for customers make her an invaluable asset to Starbucks. In fact, I was so impressed that I would consider hiring her to manage teams in my own retail food service businesses. Thank you, Amanda, for turning a long day into a memorable experience!

I've had it with this location. 7out of 10 times my drinks are made incorrectly. The counters inside are always dirty.

This Lakeside location was a mess. Coffee rings all over the pick up counter as well as the work stations. Containers and food bits on counters. Was just very messy. 3 boys were and on young ladies was working.

Came in specifically for red cup day. You’re SUPPOSED to get a red cup for every holiday drink you purchase. I’ve been participating in Red Cup Day for 4 years and never had issues until now. I order 2 holiday drinks through the drive thru and after I pay and get handed my drinks I realize they didn’t give me my cups. I pull over to the front and walk in to ask if they had run out, which would’ve been surprising as it was still early. They ask me if I had ordered a holiday drink, I tell them I just ordered from the drive thru and show them my receipt and tell them I ordered TWO holiday drinks. They handed me ONE cup even after I told them there were 2. I even noticed on the side they had a huge stack of them so it’s not like they ran out. They’re either being petty or just stingy bc everyone knows you get one cup per drink and as employees, they definitely know this. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but with the prices of these freaking drinks- $13 for 2 grande drinks, this is a treat that I specifically saved for today. Disappointed.

Kaylee was so friendly and helpful as I had difficulty finding the coupon in the SBUX app. Her demeanor was positive and didn't make me feel like something was wrong with me not finding what I was looking for.

On our way out, multiple baristas said goodbye adding a special touch that I wasn't expecting.
