Place has seriously gone down in quality and the price has doubled! Jersey Mike's and local sandwhich spots are putting them out of business
I really appreciated Donna's quality customer service and can-do attitude! I even emailed Corporate saying how awesome she is! I have been going to this Subway for years, and I've always been treated with respect. Thanks, Donna!

I ordered a footlong and got a six inch. I was told it was a footlong but it was obviously six inches. I took it back in to the girl and she unrolled it and it was the footlong bread but rolled the wrong way. She was rude when me and my mom both expressed that it was made wrong and her attitude was horrible. How are you going to tell me it's a footlong and then make the footlong into a six inch by rolling it the wrong way and giving me less inside? Then to gaslight me and tell me that it is it a footlong? Since when do they do that? They don't. They don't do that at any other subway. Who rolls a subway sandwich up hotdog style? Why would I want to eat a rolled up bit of bread for a sandwich. Plus the Flatbread was horrible quality and even though it was toasted it was still cold. Don't order from the Mexican dimwit here that has on a lot of makeup.

I am beyond furious with the appalling experience I had at Subway last night. Despite placing my order through their app with explicit instructions, my expectations were completely shattered. Not only did they blatantly ignore my request for sauce, but they had the audacity to serve me with what can only be described as the worst, most pathetic excuse for bread imaginable. It's infuriating to see such negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction. Subway, you've lost my trust and my business. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before subjecting themselves to this level of incompetence.

The gentleman who made my sandwich to start off with on 1/30/24 at 11:32am was hands down amazing and so kind and very knowledgeable on sandwiches they no longer had that I didn’t know. He also was so super kind to my daughter then the older lady who finished the sandwiches was very short and did not have a very customer service voice I felt that she didn’t like her job so the stars given today was for the gentleman who helped us with our sandwiches is ther reason I gave the 5 start rating

Rarely have had any major issues here, staff is generally friendly & most problems that may have occurred were fixed. Just be cautious when ordering mobile for pickup, may wish to check the order/special instructions given. Walk in is on par with any friendly place imho, usually quiet & family friendly, although seating isn't vast.
Vegetarian options: The veggies sub an example, can somewhat pick a few other items?
Dietary restrictions: They list calories & can look up nutritional info to make better choices.
Kid-friendliness: Usually quiet, kids within eyesight easily.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp not too far away.

Foods good and all but I came in today and I didn't catch the lady on the registers name she's a older women and I get it's the food industry we gotta move fast but Maria was just down right disrespectful to her coworker instead of motivating her I heard her at least 7x talk down to her infront of customers

Some of the girls in there are rude and don't have any patience for handicaped people with poor eyesight and won't even look at you when you are talking to them . They have a bad attitude .

Great service and sandwiches!
I had placed an order for pick up, and when I arrived they had no clue where the order was. The girl was nice and did it a quick as she can but when I am taking a bite of the meatball marinara at least 4 of the meatballs where HARD it hurt my tooth when I took the bite and a waaaaay darker color on it. For sure I could tell they were old and reheated many times. Sadly, will defiantly not be returning.

Don't get me wrong...Subway is delicious, but not when you come in, get your sandwich made, then get home and see that there is AVOCADO PEEL IN YOUR SANDWICH!!!! I really wish that the second young girl who had finished making my sandwich today (6/7/23), was paying better attention to my sandwich because I then wouldn't be making this review. Also, the girl who had first started with my sandwich, then asks the other younger girl (who finished and messed up my sandwich) what the time was, clocks out and LEAVES (!!!!) from being behind the counter...I'm sorry, but that's not customer service right there! They both need to be spoken to and better training. The date and time that I was there was on 6/7/23 at approx 5:30pm.
