This has got to be the worst taco bell in all san diego county. They can never get an order correct, they forget food items, miss orders and are not that attentive to customer queues. I understand I'm complaining about tacobell but these idiots make 20/hr? Like what kinda cruel joke is that? FFS it's not that hard and you're practically making 3xs as much as the job is worth, atleast get the order right..

Super weird...they no longer have people working the front. Not the registers, not to take your order, not to greet you. And there is no sign to tell you this or explain what to do. I figured it out but it needs to be more thought out, at the very least the old menu should point you in the right direction instead of just running a loop of a commercial or something .

Went to pick up our mobile order. Decided to walk in as I always check our customized order. I saw 3 cars in drive thru. Arrived to a greeting, said they were working on the order. Ten minutes later I asked about the status while they continued to fill orders but not mine. Dark headed women taking orders by the drive thru window, staying busy and ignoring me. At fifteen minutes I asked again. Told they're working on it. Finally twenty minutes and the order is filled. I counted 10 drive thru and 2 lobby pick ups while I waited. Nice teenage girl is sent to deliver it to me. Dark head women still ignoring me. I checked the order, all there and thanked her. Asked if I'd been in the drive thru I would have gotten the order right away? Yes, she said. The delay was not due to being understaffed, there were six people working.

U go to any Taco Bell u ask for extra syrup u get it but this one wanna be difficult. It’s always a problem here about those slurpies. Ur workers are goofy instead of ignoring my question because u scared to talk go get somebody who can help next time

I work Uber Eats regularly in this area and this is the only restaurant I ever find myself having issues with. Constant wait times for food that was put in long before I even step foot into the business. Managers constantly being rude if you ask how long it is going to take. My review today was sparked by a 30+ minute wait time for an order (that I eventually had to cancel due to the wait time) while the drive thru never stopped moving.
Would like it better if one could order from a human, and not 'only' from a computer screen.

Cashier was nice but I was the only one in line and got home and realized I didn't get my full order. It's so frustrating going places and paying for stuff and not getting what we paid for, it leaves you feeling ripped off. Normally this place is really good but super disappointed this morning. It was supposed to make my morning easier today but it just started my day with frustration

I only ever use the drive through, but I've never had any issues here. They have never gotten an order wrong and they are always SUPER quick with getting the food to me. Sometimes I've ordered for up to 4 people and they still get the order going and ready in what seems like less than a minute. The staff has always been friendly as well. No issues with wrong change or attitude. Would recommend this location to anyone!
