My Food was cold and tasted Old, I also asked for Steak on my bowl and got charged but they never added it!. And I was the ONLY customer at the drive thru .I called multiple times to complain and bring this to there attention but they never answered. I will go back in person and speak to the manager

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. No customer service at all—no one at the front counter, and staff ignore you because they expect you to use the kiosk. Hardly any seating left, no napkins, sauces, or utensils out (you have to ask for everything). Lobby was filthy, trash overflowing, and I had to clean my own table just to sit. Get a drink no straw, get potatoes no fork, Get food no napkins. If they hate dealing with people then just put those things out for people to get it themselves! This taco bell has gone way downhill

I found the worst Taco Bell in all of San Diego. Food is always cold. Always takes so long. The manager could care less. Bunch of kids making 20 bucks an hour talking and having a grand ol time. Never fails after multiple times going back hoping for better.

I have ordered so many times from here but the last few times I have ordered here I ask for a grilled cheese burrito and they give me a bean burrito and I don’t have time to go back and order again. I am emotional Distressed from not getting my food when I crave it the most. I’m am very angry

Worst restaurant in lakeside for service. They will straight up ignore you if you work for Uber or doordash. They are slow workers and the lines are always packed because of it. They need new management. For processed food that's already cooked it sure takes a long time to get any orders out. Avoid at all costs

This has got to be the worst taco bell in all san diego county. They can never get an order correct, they forget food items, miss orders and are not that attentive to customer queues. I understand I'm complaining about tacobell but these idiots make 20/hr? Like what kinda cruel joke is that? FFS it's not that hard and you're practically making 3xs as much as the job is worth, atleast get the order right..

Super weird...they no longer have people working the front. Not the registers, not to take your order, not to greet you. And there is no sign to tell you this or explain what to do. I figured it out but it needs to be more thought out, at the very least the old menu should point you in the right direction instead of just running a loop of a commercial or something .
