Wasn't able to add extras like mushrooms or bell peppers to the submarine sandwiches. Even offered to pay extra and they flat out refused. Very disappointed. Wish I could take my tip back.

WOW! Minutes after I posted my review, they cancelled my entire order because of the review I left. We've been loyal customers for the last several years. I guess they just lost a customer over a few mushrooms and bell peppers that we offered to pay extra for.
