I ordered online and picked it up in store. Delicious food and atmosphere. Good price for a chain restaurant. I had to wait a little lo ger than expected, but the food was hot and tasty.

This place reminds me of a subpar dining hall. None of the food is something that should be paid for. I ordered the riblets and there was barely any meat on them and the flavor was that of dinner. The french fries caused me great distress. They were Piping hot as if they were recently microwaved, And became hard within minutes. They also had a golden color as if they were not fresh, as soon as I mentioned it to the waitress, I cannot even finish my sentence before she said she would give me some fresh ones as she knew. For it not to be very busy I don’t understand why my food couldn’t have been prepared freshly. we got drinks and there was absolutely no alcohol in them. Definitely don’t recommend this location. This is my experience.

We haven't visited here in several years and decided to check this location out for happy hour. Lively spot. We came here to watch the Dodger game. They have TVs all throughout the bar and restaurant area. We sat at the bar. It's roomy. Service was fast. They have a wide variety of options for specialty drinks and food items. We will be visiting more often. This location is very convenient to home.

I had the worst experience in my life tonight. I haven't been to Applebees in years . I was looking forward to sitting there and eating. However, I was completely disappointed I had the worst customer service there . I believe my waitress was Maria. I don't know, she didn't even give me her name .I didn't even get water, I didn't even get service ,they walked right past me and didn't even make eye contact, and didn't even say they'll be with me in a minute!! I had to wave them down to ask for water. Which i never received. I walked out. I felt I needed to contact the manager and tell him about my recent experience in that location his name is Ricky.He was completely illiterate. I have no idea how Ricky got a managerial position ? He didn't even know how to communicate on the phone , he had zero customer service and was Zero helpful with my complaint. He said he would get back to me, but of course, he didn't .I will let corporate know about this location and the horrible management and customer service they're giving to their customers. Needless to say ,i will never return nor will any of my family members or friends. Do not go there, horrible attitude and horrible service. If you're looking to have a good time and relax, that's not the place to go.
