My family went here to celebrate my daughter 13th birthday. We ask the waitress can we have staff sing Happy Birthday? She said they was short staffed and they could nor fulfill that simple request. Then moments later they sang Happy Birthday to a party right next to us! Never coming back here again! Especially to celebrate a birthday!

Laid back vibes not loud at all and I didn’t hear anyone’s conversation so it was a good experience .attentive waitress . The ribs were a little chewy a little to chard for my tasting but the flavor was good it just wasn’t falling of the bone but everything else was good . My brother rated the chicken parm a 7 . All and all . Good experience . And bathrooms were clean.

The waitress ruin my mom’s birthday celebration, she was overly rude and aggressive toward my mom. She took forever to bring our food out. There were things ordered that she never brought out. I have never experienced this type of treatment at any other restaurant. We will never return to this location. As long as there is a possibility of getting that terrible waitress again We went to the location in lakewood mall @ 9 pm on Friday 7/25

I tried the Bourbon Street Sausage & Shrimp Penne Pasta at Applebee’s, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The dish had a perfect balance of smoky, savory sausage and tender shrimp, all tossed in a rich, bourbon sauce. It’s hearty, a little spicy, and deeply satisfying.
What made the experience even better was our server, Joseangel, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They offered great recommendations, answered our questions about ingredients and spice level without hesitation, and even explained the cooking process behind the dish. You could tell he really knew their stuff and cared about giving us a great dining experience.
