I wanted to contact the franchise directly but I cannot see where I can leave a review on their website so I’m leaving it here. I just wanted to spread awareness that my son got very very sick off the cinnamon sugar bites. We went to the mall Friday evening and got the cinnamon bites as a snack. I ended up eating one and spitting it out due to it being so sugary and buttery! My son is 6 and that same night around 2-3 in the morning he couldn’t sleep and was throwing up all night through the following day ALL DAY feeling nauseous/ throwing up can’t keep anything down and trust me I know it was these sugary bites. They were not cooked all the way ! I know this because it’s also happened to my mom before at an auntie Anne’s! Her pretzel wasn’t cooked all the way and she got sick one time too. So it clicked that it was this that made him sick. He was perfectly fine the next day and it was a 1 day stomach bug due to those disgusting cinnamon sugar bites. Please please make sure your employees are following strict protocol when it comes to food handling. I know they need a certain certification for that too so please just cook the pretzels / bites right as it can cause us to become very sick ! We won’t be eating here for a very very very long time and next time I’m getting my cinnamon bites at Cinnabon which was litterly across the way and I regretted it. But please cook everything thoroughly!!
I went for free Pretzel day. I ordered the Cinnamon Sugar the guy told me to wait and gave me a receipt. A Latina girl comes behind me orders the same thing and he makes her one fresh and hands it to her. I mentioned I ordered the same thing before her and he goes "We are backed up at the moment" this location will never get my business again

So I have the Auntie Anne’s app and I told the cashier I had the QR Code to scan for rewards. He says “you scan that after you pay” which I was skeptical of because paying always ends the transaction, and you always scan the QR code before the transaction is over obviously. But that’s what he said so that’s what I did and of course, after I had paid, there was no way to scan the QR code. So I thought I would just scan the receipt except he did not give me a receipt or put a receipt in the bag as I assumed he would, so I was able to get the reward points. That wouldn’t bother me so much just annoying. But the bigger issue is that the pretzel sucked. It tasted like it was probably made 4 to 5 hours earlier and it just been sitting around getting stale all day. I generally prefer Wetzel pretzels, but my spouse wanted Auntie Anne’s today so I decided to go for him. However, the whole experience reminded me exactly why I prefer Wetzel pretzels. How do you mess up a pretzel when all you make is pretzels? The store definitely takes the do one thing and do it well and reverses it since it does one thing and does it horribly. So yeah, bad food bad service, bad accommodation of the rewards program I would not recommend going to this Auntie Anne’s store ever!

Cashier told me to download the Annie’s app for a free pretzel. So I went and downloaded it and then showed the cashier, he said it works for some people but he didn’t see the coupon on my app so no free pretzel but I could buy something else and get a pretzel free. What kind of scam is that? I’m like oh well that was a waste of time but whatever lmk just buy a pretzel and be done. I wasn’t expecting a free pretzel in the first place until he mentioned the app. So I ordered my pretzel and asked them to brush some extra butter on my pretzel. It’s not like I asked for a whole dipping sauce of butter, the manager just said no. I could respect if she at least offered at an extra charge but just to say no all together and not even say ok but it’ll be an extra fee was so ridiculous. I get that done all the time with no problem. So I was done and I asked for a refund. Terrible management as someone has stated before. And encouraging workers to trick customers into downloading an app for a free pretzel just to make more money is sad.

Just ordered and observed this person who was working by herself. She was wearing her white gloves and served 3 customers WITHOUT modifying it after touching other people’s money. While observing her, it kinda disgust me. This is an unsanitary place to serve with other people that are going to buy in this place!.. Watch out guys, and observed this person differently. I’m not buying this food from this kind of place anymore….

Second time ordering from this location. Had the same girl wearing a "KIMBERLY" necklace both times. Both times she was extremely unfriendly. No greeting, no personality, very rude. She didn't ask if I wanted my pretzels salted. Just gave them to me, turned around and walked away. I didn't want them after that. I just threw them away. I'll stick with Wetzel pretzel.

She didn't ask if I wanted my pretzels salted. Just gave them to me, turned around and walked away. I didn't want them after that. I just threw them away. I'll stick with Wetzel pretzel.
Ordered for pick up, it was fast but the the pretzels were burned looks like it was sitting there for long time. Too pricy yet not satisfying, my mom who is sick was craving for it and was so disappointed because it was burned and hard.

So I stopped off here looking to get a delicious pretzel the ones on hand were 15 minutes old so I told them I would wait for 2 fresh ones. I took off afterwards he got on the road unfortunately worst fresh pretzels from an anti and ever Dry chewy horrible.
