Thanking Dinner was excellent! Had reservations and waiting about 15 mins with a large group. It was great. The turner and all portions were juicy and delicious. Our server was very attentive for a large group. Thank you to our server Juliassa
I would advise not going for the Thanksgiving turkey dinner. It was very crowded and the meal was served too cool for my taste. We had reservations but still had to wait a half hour.
Great experience every year! Service is outstanding. Our waitress and the manager checked on us a few times, we never ran out of drinks. Food was great! Wait time was reasonable. See you soon!
The place is getting run down
Food is overpriced for the quality.

My steak was prepared like I requested. Next time I'll choose a different bourbon other than Bulleit for my Old Fashioned.

Wow black angus is all quiet when it comes to responding to their patron’s comments about their employees not handing out receipts. I’m known very well on social media, I’ll just tell my 8.7 million followers to avoid this shady establishment. U don’t wanna be transparent over 2 dollars??? Cause guess what it’s not just about the 2 dollar packing fee, it’s about honesty, being lied to is NOT acceptable.

The restaurant is freezing cold. It is way to cold to be able to enjoy any amount of time sitting still, let alone to eat. The tables are small, cramped even. I kept getting kicked, under the table, just zero comfort. The decor was brighter than I would have expected. It was overly bright, and a weird white and brown combination. The music selection also seemed wrong. At one point hearing Gloria Estefan, I think it was.
We ordered an appetizer right away, while we looked over the menu. It took close to 30 minutes before we received that appetizer. It was almost 1 hour before our entree's arrived. I hate sending food back, and try to avoid doing so at all costs. Our steaks showed up over cooked. I sent mine back, I wanted to send my kids back too but we didn't need 2 starving people at the table. This alone ruins the meal, as you are now the only at the table not eating, and you will be the last one eating.
My wife's loaded bake potato soup was cold, she told me after the fact. People should not be afraid to send food back, but the whole experience changes if you do and we are paying for an experience. She ordered the prime rib and as she was eating, she said the prime rib at BJ's is better. It's a sad day when BJ's besting you.
I do not know if our waitress was busy, new, or if the kitchen was a mile away. Every time we needed something, it took forever, if it showed up at all. Long story short, if you make the choice to go out for dinner, do not choose this place. You will be highly disappointed. A steakhouse experience not worth it's salt, your time or hard earned money!
Update, they respond with a similar message to everyone asking you to email them but they dont respond to that email. Avoid this restaurant

It had been a bit dince me and my boyfriend had been to a Black Angus but we were curious to seewhat we can get. First off Danielle was beyond a sweet heart to us and and kept my thirsty Boyfriends cups full, recommended me the Filet mignon and it was amazing! She definitely made us feel right at home after both me and the boyfriend had long days at work and just wanted a good meal. We definitely will be returning for the great service and delicious Cheesecake!

Have reservations when possible. We got there early and they got us in early on the night of the Dodgers winning the World Series. We sat in a booth in the bar area and had a good time.
The steak saved my marriage.
