I'm sad that the Black Angus is closing. There food is really good.. The times that I have gone to Black Angus it's been relaxing to just be able to have a really good meal

Great servers, quick kind and listening. The guy with the red cowboy hat too hype 😅 1 side is like a big sports bar, couple tvs 🖥 game ⛹️ on and a bar 🍸. The other side is opposite like a board room or HR and we didn't even get a choice 🥲 for some reason they just strolled us over to the board room area. It's just a boring area with no music or anything 😕 but the food was good and came faily fast. When I go back I demanding the fun side 😉.

I've been coming to Black Angus for over 15 years, and this is the first time I've experienced poor service. While the food was amazing as always, the service was disappointing. Our waiter was not attentive and never came by to check in or see if we needed anything else.

For starters, my husband ordered a beer and our food came out before his beer did; and it was not crowded at all. Daughter ordered filet mignon medium rare and what they brought was barely cooked and was NOT a filet mignon. The cut of meat was super fatty and veiny and could barely be cut. They offered to take it back and fix the very rare part but when they brought it back out it was beyond well done and even harder to cut into. The waitress was nice, she wasn't rude or anything but she was anything but welcoming. She seemed rushed, busy and never once asked how things were or if there was anything else we needed. We had to flag her down to ask for things as the only time she came to the table was to take the order, drop off the drinks/food and bring the check. It wasn't only her, everyone that worked there seemed very unhappy. Other staff brought some of the plates out and no one smiled or said a word. They literally showed up out of nowhere dropped plates and left without a single word or even a smile. And like I said before the restaurant wasn't even close to full or busy. I could count on both hands the number of tables being used in the whole place, including the bar. Not a good experience to celebrate my moms bday.
Food is good but it could be excellent depending on the cook.

We took our boss there for her birthday. Our waiter was Ben. Very friendly welcoming made our party of 7 enjoy our time. He had patience while everyone ordered, and all the questions asked he never got upset he just answered with a smile. The food was great. Our service was exceptional. I will definitely go back because of the service we received. Thank you, Ben.
