Everything in my order was wrong. I asked for no pickles and no onions. It wasn’t even that busy, but I still waited more than 20 minutes. When I finally got my food, the very first bite had a big onion ring. When I asked them to change the burger, they just removed the onion and gave me back the same burger. I had an allergic reaction to the onion, and overall it was a really bad experience.

This is the cleanest BK I've ever seen. Not that they are normally dirty but this place we extra clean and shiny. The food was really fresh too.

I went in today around 3:30-3:40. The staff is amazing! The girl who took our order at the front counter was so friendly and I loved her attitude! Our food came out super quick and it was super fresh! Nice and hot! Everything tasted amazing and I loved the fries so much! So crispy yet so soft inside. Perfection!!

Very bad experience, buying a burger and chicken nuggets combo will be charged extra,I found out and asked the store manager what was going on.They said it might be a problem with the cash register and they would not give me a refund.Just gave me a small cookie.It's not my fault, they didn't apologize at all, it feels very, very bad！！！

We wanted two slushes and the lady working there gave us attitude and didn't even give us the slushes and instead gave us two regular cokes then when we wanted our refund she lied to her manager and changed the story on why we wanted to get a refund and she rolled her eyes and kept talking rude to us.
The Asian manager here is so rude she refused to use my code with my order for the free pie then charged me then told me to spend a another purchase to get it instead of adding it to my already purchase of $8. She has a nasty attitude and thinks she can talk whichever kind of way to customers. Everyone else is nice it is her!!!! She needs to be talked to immediately

This is a Burger King in the mall. It is great. It was not crowded and the service was super.Our food was made to order and it was made the way we asked and all of it was very good. We had burgers, fries and shacks.We will be back.

I did a mobile order with thee Burger King app went in store for a pick up was asked for my name and I guess the guy for some reason didn’t believe me and asked for a confirmation of my order I told him what the order was and so I got my food and asked for katchup and ranch and for some reason he didn’t put it in my bag and just left it on the counter but when everyone else asked for katchup he put it in there bags but not mine! It seems he didn’t like me very much and so I said thank u and left! The double whopper the cook made me was very good! Food was great! Service is bad! Atmosphere was ghetto! Please improve and hopefully I’ll see you again! See ya!
