Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican is a busy spot, especially during lunchtime, but the staff is patient and friendly. Their new "Bowl" is a hit, rivaling Chipotle. Customers love the wet burritos and horchata, worth every penny. The Long Beach location has maintained its excellent service and delicious food, even post-COVID. The store manager is a hard worker who takes good care of the place and the staff, often seen training and working alongside them. Customers appreciate the sweet and nice workers. However, the Manhattan Beach branch is not recommended due to poor food, service, and portion sizes. For a great experience, head to this Cafe Rio instead. Many find the food fresh and tasty, with the tres leches cake being a highlight that transforms the experience into a five-star one. Plenty of parking and seating is available, both indoors and outdoors.
