I wanted to give a shout out to KEVIN at Carl's Jr. by the Lakewood mall! He gave me extraordinary customer service ! My fav meal at Carl's Jr. is the Santa Fe chicken sandwich add red onion and extra sauce! Delicious!

Will not be going back, poor customer service, and my burger was not properly made, I asked for a jalapeño burger and got, no kidding, 4 or 5 little pieces of jalapeño in it...

Drive thru took forever! And there was no customers at all. The lady didnt review my order, and i trusted them to give me what I had ordered . I asked for whole grain bread on mh burger. When i got home, my burger didnt even have buns! . And yes, someone mentioned about employees not wearing gloves! I'm definitely not going back there, not even for my "free sandwich"

I swear. It never fails. Every time I come to this location, my order is always messed up. And I get it, mistakes happen. But when the attitude is bad for me expecting the crew to fix their mistake, that's what makes it especially unpleasant.
We love to go out. Last night we came to this fine place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a lovely experience there with very good cooking and a professional stuff and a professional chef. We added this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will definitely visit again very soon. Highly recommended.

Carl's Junior at the Lakewood Mall is great. The drive through is open 24 hours and Kevin the night man is always friendly and goes the extra mile to keep you happy.
