Its Friday peak time stood in line for 15 min when I got the serving line white rice was put no pinto they asked if i wanted brown rice. Its like I go to buy a ford truck and because they dont have any they want they try sell me a tesla instead. How is there not enough food ready for the peak thats on the cooks.These workers need more training and maybe better pay cuz they dont give a shit I guess. Anyhow I'm not going back to this location especially after I saw it review naming Chipotle the worst fast food for cleanliness 😡😡😡

On 3/06/25 at 4 something the little blonde lady was rude, and the server making the burrito bowl told me he wasn't giving me because he had to ration it because they were running out? Don't ration us but charge us the same and force us to get double meat. That's not my fault yall aren't keeping up. Also they weren't keeping up with the restaurant. Out of forks, sauce cups, and the place was dirty

Restaurant is dirty. While standing in line counters where food is prepared, where orders are taken are unsanitary. I spoke to the manager on 2/15/25. She was annoyed and said thx you and turned and walked away. Customers were asking if there was an explosion of food because of unsanitary conditions. Will not eat at this location again.

The food is always good at this Lakewood location but in general I feel it's way to expensive to eat at chipotle on a regular basis. We got 4 bowls and 4 drinks with 3 bags of chips and an extra guacI paid $97. I went to chilis the day before and paid under $70 there so yes this was definitely a case of "sticker shock"

This is my favorite chipotle, staff is always fast and friendly and most importantly the food is always spot on and delicious everytime.

First off I went in expecting shit everything to be honest with past experience with chipotle in general, but this place I went in not busy at all perfect. Smooth line service + I asked for scoop and half of guac someone who seemed to be management or someone cool said yes and did not charge for half scoop.

I always come to this specific location because of the customer service. They always seem to get a rush around the same time (3:00pm) but they always have a smile on their faces. Regardless of how ridiculous your order might be, they always accommodate. I drive out of my way to go to this one because of how I'm treated. They aren't super stingy with the portions (like other locations), the chips are always fresh, the bathroom is clean, and they don't get annoyed when you want things in the side. This is hands down the best one I've been to and I eat a lot of Chipotle!!
