The staff are all kind and helpful , the place is kept clean , and the food is good . It is a bit pricey, but with the pass you get daily game credits and you get a discount for the food . Definitely worth it.

The Lakewood, CA location has been significantly improved. It has been enhanced with brighter lights, clean, new games, improved food, and great staff. Additionally, great space for parties, etc. unsure why they no longer have a security officer but they do have child check in/check out. Highly recommend this location. The kids had a blast. Food was delicious. Enjoy

Haven't been to this location in years (usually go to store in Cerritos). Happy to see it has been updated. Store was clean and staff friendly and attentive. Would've given it 5 stars had Chuckie made an appearance within the 4 hours we were there.

I went to this location 10/10/2025 & we had a great experience all the employees are on top of their jobs , I came for a fundraiser for my kids school Alfonso the cashier always served with a smile & is able to handle his position even with high traffic. 10/10 look forward to seeing him in my upcoming visits.

I had a wonderful time at Chuck E Cheese. It was very clean and there was a great vibe. The staff was very friendly and the games kept the kids entertained for hours. The pizza was decent and came out quickly. Overall, it was a good spot for family fun and keeping the kids busy.
