It's pretty much self serve. Honestly with the prices better off going to johns incredible pizza. The price for a thing of fries was 5$ for barely any fries. But it was a great environment for kids.

We have been to eight different Chuck-E-Cheeses because I have the membership so we go around to different cities and try out the different Chuck-E-Cheeses. I would have to give this one if I could a -2 just because half the games didn't work went into the restroom almost slipped and fell came out to get my pizza and almost slipped and fell on that wooden floor area. I let the staff member know and he did not even wipe it up. this is probably one of the worst ones we've been to. So sad.

Very rude staff, went up to registers and waited but was ignored by MULTIPLE people working behind the register. I thought maybe they’re busy but then a worker proceeded to help someone else who came after me then walked away after leaving me there standing longer. So I approached a women who was at the register and asked if she could help and she did not help. She ignored me even after I said I was there before the other person they helped. It was my first time here and definitely my last. A little training on treating people with respect would go a long way for these employees.
