I went here and got one item and a large drink. I went and asked for a refill, and they wanted to charge me $3.89 for a refill... what kind of price is that for a soda refill?? Something like 50 cents or even $1 would be more reasonable... it wasn't like I was trying to refill a specialty drink like an iced coffee.

According to their website, the hours of closing during the week is at 9pm, went there on Wednesday and it was 8:30 PM and the place was already closed. The staff were there, but everything was put away and I understand that probably it was a slow day yet still you are not honoring your hours of business.

My wife bought a soda at CINNABON and it cost &4.24 and after it was finished I went to get a refill and they wanted to charge me another $4.25 for it what excessive greed

Worst customer service ever. I was waiting in line and while waiting in line I didn’t know there was was a second line since the cashier was saying next in a quiet tone, so i could barely hear her. As I stood in line, a worker who is a male with long hair said next in a rude and aggressive tone. I’m never buying from this spot again and would like to put a complaint on that worker.

Seating is limited, you can find more chairs at the food court. Staff is friendly but a little slow. Also the mocha iced coffee is pretty disgusting & way too sweet, I don't recommend it. Everything else is just like all other cinnabon locations:)
