My wife bought a soda at CINNABON and it cost &4.24 and after it was finished I went to get a refill and they wanted to charge me another $4.25 for it what excessive greed

Worst customer service ever. I was waiting in line and while waiting in line I didn’t know there was was a second line since the cashier was saying next in a quiet tone, so i could barely hear her. As I stood in line, a worker who is a male with long hair said next in a rude and aggressive tone. I’m never buying from this spot again and would like to put a complaint on that worker.

Worst customer service ever!! The 3 employees Did not greet , smile or say hello at any moment !! Very rude!!
Seating is limited, you can find more chairs at the food court. Staff is friendly but a little slow. Also the mocha iced coffee is pretty disgusting & way too sweet, I don't recommend it. Everything else is just like all other cinnabon locations:)
I tried to redeam a welcome offer for a free 4count mini cinnabon. The girl at the counter would not scan the coupon off of my phone and said it had to be printed because they didn't have scanners. If they don't have scanners why is there a barcode on the coupon?
