Worst customer service ever. I was waiting in line and while waiting in line I didn’t know there was was a second line since the cashier was saying next in a quiet tone, so i could barely hear her. As I stood in line, a worker who is a male with long hair said next in a rude and aggressive tone. I’m never buying from this spot again and would like to put a complaint on that worker.

Worst customer service ever. I was waiting in line and while waiting in line, I didn't know there was a second line, since it was on the other side and the cashier was quietly saying next so I couldn't really hear her. As I stood in line, this worker with long hair said "next" in a really rude and aggressive tone. I should of not purchased at that moment. Never buying from this spot again and would like to put a complaint on that worker.

This past week, I got an email from Cinnabon that said if you enter a promo code on National Cinnamon Roll Day, you can get a reward for a Buy One Get One Free baked good from Cinnabon. The baked good could be a regular Classic Roll, 4-count BonBites, MiniBon, or a Center of the Roll. The Lakewood Cinnabon is located on the east side of Lakewood Center Mall; if you see the escalator to Round 1 on the second floor of the shopping center, you're in the right place. I was planning on redeeming a free half entree reward from Panera Bread, located on the opposite side of the shopping center, and since I knew it wouldn't be enough for dinner, I was hoping to redeem my BOGO reward and eat one before visiting Panera Bread. When I came up to the cashier, I told her I wanted to redeem my reward, but I wanted to see what each of the four types of baked goods looked like. The TV monitors above the order counter listed all the prices for each baked good, but I also wanted to see how each of the baked goods compared to one another in size. That way, my mind could formulate ratios of price per amount of food. After looking back and forth four times between the baked goods and the overhead TV monitors, I easily determined that a BOGO on the Classic Roll was the better buy compared to all the eligible baked goods. Well maybe the 4-count BonBites would have been better, but I had already gotten a 4-count as a signup reward when I registered for Cinnabon's rewards program. I probably could have chosen two different baked goods, but for this BOGO, I wanted to get two Classic Rolls. As the cashier was ringing me up, I saw her co-worker grab a Classic Roll from their display case and place it in a takeout box that was quite similar to that of a McDonalds Big Mac. She repeated the process for the "free" Classic Roll. The cashier handed me my bag and told me that forks, knives, and napkins were on the other side of the counter. As I got there, I realized I didn't get a receipt, so I asked for one, but the cashier said she had already placed it in between my two takeout boxes. I grabbed a knife and a few napkins, but there weren't any forks there! I didn't want to bother the employees again, especially since they were servicing another customer at the time, so I just left without a fork. I went back to my car to eat one of the Classic Rolls. I wasn't having a particularly good day, and I had just gotten off of work. I was getting tired, and I didn't really have high expectations of Cinnabon since it's mall food. However, the first roll I ate was nice and warm, so it was actually better than I expected, which was a nice surprise! Best cinnamon roll ever? Obviously not, but it definitely wasn't the worst. The normal price of one roll is $5.69, which I think is a bit much even during these times of inflation, but two rolls at that price point is definitely reasonable. I saved the other Classic Roll for breakfast the next day, reheating it for 30-40 seconds as instructed on the takeout box. It wasn't as good compared to the first one I had the previous night, but it was still passable for my taste buds. If you are a member of Cinnabon's rewards program, you also get a reward for a free cold brew iced coffee for your birthday! Earlier in this review, I mentioned that upon signup, you get a 4-count of BonBites as a thank you for joining the rewards program. I got my complimentary BonBites from this Cinnabon as well, and they were honestly forgettable, which is another reason why I didn't choose the BonBites. I think that day, they had cooled down significantly, so the taste wasn't nearly as good as the Classic Roll. Overall, not a bad place to go to if you're craving cinnamon rolls. I wouldn't get any of their baked goods at regular price, but I'll definitely consider return visits next time they have a promo going on, hopefully a BOGT (Buy One Get Two or even Three free)!

Pretty good can't complain. Hopefully they update their hours online soon. They sometimes close earlier than the mall.

What can I say other than heavenly!!!! I can't walk by this place at the mall without buying a box of Cinnabons. I lobe when they are warm and gooey. Remember Snuffles from The Quick Draw McGraw Show. Every time he ate a dog he would hug himself, levitate several feet into the air and then slowly float back down to the ground. That's how I feel every time I eat a Cinnabon. Pure bliss!

Great location in the mall and very satisfying when your craving sweets. My favorite is the pecan one which is to die for. Daughter loves the original. Price is right and workers are super helpful, and friendly!!
