Very clean establishment. Customer service was great.

I don’t recommend the raspados at all the vanilla got me very sick and I had a few sips and I had to throw up right away my cousin got sick as well it was a very bad experience.

Bad customer service

On the 22nd of August 2025 at 5pm .
There was a lady who identified herself as the shift manager, but she was very rude and spoke down to customers.she came to serve me and I had politely asked her for help removing the paper that often gets stuck to the bottom of a waffle cone. I pointed at the cone I wanted to purchase and she almost slapped my hands off the cone, and her response was unnecessarily insulting. Telling me “why would I do that for you ,you have to buy it like that, you will wait a very long time if you want someone else to serve you”

I believe that talking to people kindly and respectfully goes a long way, especially in customer service. Unfortunately, her lack of courtesy and decorum created a very negative experience.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively and addressed, as respectful communication makes a huge difference for customers.

Customer service is horrible . Especially the older employees. If you have a question they treat you like a child and give sass. We’ve gone to this location since they opened but it’s gone down hill .

Their ice cream is super delicious had the Fererro Rocher and pistachio… so yummy. We also had the Original vanilla, strawberry and Rocky road. On waffle cups. Emily was super friendly and made our visit a complete delight. We will definitely add La Michoacana to our rotation!

The Juices are like no other! Cant wait to go back and try some of their freshly made ice cream!!!

Wish I could give a 0 came in and I can’t believe you guys refused me because no one could tell the difference from a real and fake bill . Come in here all the time just happens today had cash due to losing card . What a shame you guys don’t have that bill passer machine

Delicious ice cream made with real ingredients. You can absolutely taste the difference. They can make anything you want. Always friendly and always clean.

I ordered a $17 acai bowl on Uber eats under the name Copacabana Acai with this address and when i arrived to pick up the order it was a Biónico, afterwards the server didn’t have the order ready and proceeds to give me a $12 acai bowl from their website. After googling Copacabana Acai it keeps referring me to the Biónico but no $17 bowls exist on their website so now i’m down $17!

Got the Anti Flu & Vitality natural juices. Worth the price. Taste so good. Check them out!

I’ve been here a handful of times and usually enjoy the experience. Their menu is expansive and everything I’ve tried had been delicious. However, the young lady that helped me this afternoon was incredibly rude! She grew impatient when I asked for samples because I wanted to try new flavors. It was a bit embarrassing because I also decided to bring my mom along this time for her first experience. The young lady snapped at us and said “this will be your last sample!”. I actually ended up getting almost every flavor I sampled. She then rushed us to the cash register and proceeded to apologize to the customers after us for the wait, as if we weren’t waiting before we were eventually served ourselves! The desserts are excellent, but this young lady ruined today’s experience. We almost walked out without finishing our order. She needs a lesson on proper customer service!

Very great place! Ice cream was fantastic. They are very helpful when it comes down to ice cream choices. Helped out my gluten-free date pick put an ice cream. Highly recommend!
