Pulled up to this location ONLY to find out it was closed. The place was empty with the exception of some paint cans on the floor. Google maps needs to do a better job of knowing if the places we are searching for are operational or not.

I can only give my last review for this place as one that let me down for thanksgiving. YES I did mess up for not giving the right phone number for you to call me but as opposed to the Long Beach location, they did any order right before this one closed at the time the app said I could pick up my order while being empathetic that I needed bbq for my family. They were to closed hours before I went to my They were good for when I wanted to try out the brand but now I have outgrown this location and go to another. Thank you Lakewood Dickeys.

The Customer service here is awful. The African American girl behind the counter was unhelpful and unengaged as she attempted to take my order. She was preoccupied prepping another order and barely looked up at me while talking in a voice that was barely audible. No "Hi how are you?" No greeting or smile. I've never felt so unwelcome in an establishment before. Besides the poor service the brisket is dry and lacking flavor. The Long Beach location is much better. Will not be returning to this location.

2 stars for free delivery. I tried giving this place a try. After getting our food, the brisket was so dry, it was like beef jerky. The half rack of ribs, only had bbq sauce on half of them. next time I crave bbq, I'll make the trek to other bbq joints. Appreciate the free delivery though.

This is the Candlewood/Clark location, as I believe these are individually owned franchisees. The front doors were so filthy, it gave me pause. The dining room, which was empty, was also dirty. If this is the face of the company they will show me, then how dirty is the kitchen? This is a totally neglected franchise. Totally gross.

Very small, compared to what I'm use to for this chain. I love their Texas style brisket, but when asked for it to be chopped that way I felt like I was talking to a wall. She reluctantly chopped it, but in chunks. Really made me sad as it does affect the taste when the BBQ sauce hits it. I would go back though.

I don't know what happened to this dickeys. We used to love coming here. The food was always great and the service was excellent. This time around it was anything but. We were ignored from the moment we walked in, the staff went to the back and continued talking. When we finally got to order the girls were rude and just looked like they did not care about providing good customer service at all. Pretty much annoyed the whole time. The food was also cold. Before leaving I asked if Alfredo was still there and the cashier replied no and walked away. We won't be coming to this location anymore.
