I can’t stand the call center!The pizza and the people at the store are fine. But the call center makes me feel like I’m trying to change my cell phone service provider.It’s probably not a big deal for most people - I guess I’m just old school. When I call to place an order, I want to talk to someone at the store.The call center and the higher prices are enough of a reason to look elsewhere for pizza.

Ordered pizza and wings tonight and the wings were COLD and CHEWY! We reheated them and it didn't help at all. Couldn't finish one wing and ended up having to throw them away. Waste of money. I still can't believe they were delivered cold though. The delivery guy was super nice and the pizza was ok so that's why there's 2 stars. I've never had a problem with the food until tonight. DO NOT order the wings from here.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I came on a very busy night and they had a lot of staff working to ensure things kept moving smoothly. The food also tasted great! Only downside is there's not a lot of parking

On a Thursday night they seemed to have a lot more orders than usual. However they had a full staff and all of them were very helpful amongst the chaos. They seemed to have a good system and kept taking out orders after orders. I like the open kitchen concept because you can see how and where your food is being made. Also the guy with glasses and a tattoo on the lower side of his right arm wearing a mask was great, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

Second time in a row my pizza has been delivered barely warm. I don't know how many deliveries the drivers are taking at a time but if you are last be ready to heat up your fresh pizza in the microwave
I placed and order on the App. App/Web page stated my order was prepared at 7:03PM and would be ready between 7:26PM and 7:36PM. I arrived to pick up my order at 7:34PM. I was told my order was way down the list and not even prepared yet. The employee who assisted me stated that the telephone and web orders were done through a central hub possibly in the Philippines and regularly state or post the inaccurate times. What is the use of ordering online and being given a time only to find out the time your order will be ready is more than 30 to 40 minutes off? My order was over an hour from when it was stated to have been prepared. The employee who assisted me moved my order up the list but what about all the other customers that will arrive or be waiting for an order that is misquoted?

What a great team and speedy service despite the promotion period! Unlike the woke Pizzs Hut, which charges a ridiculous "service/operation fee" even for a pick-up, Domino's is a model business!!!! Screw PizzaHut!

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was here in 30 minutes. The pizza was hot and fresh, and the driver was friendly and polite. I would definitely order from Domino's again.

A family favorite. My kid can't live with out a hand tossed cheese pizza EVERY Saturday night. Thank goodness the app sends me notifications to remind me to buy her that pizza. Otherwise I'd be up creek without a paddle, lol. I'm f you're a regular sign up for the app. They give you free stuff and the coupons always help.
