Drive thru person was okay. But don't waste your hard-earned money. Ended up in the trash. Bowl was full of beans and rice with a tablespoon of old chicken. Not fresh at all. Asked for corn tortillas but given flour. Very disappointed.

They made my burritos inaccurately and failed to give me a receipt when I try to call nobody answers the phone. I drive back to the restaurant and I get told they can not do anything about it because the receipt they never gave me was needed! What kind of customer service is this?

It's been 2 years since I've had El Pollo Loco. The sides were great authentic Mexican flavor and I loved it. The star of the show the Pollo was off the flavor that I love and missed wasn't there. I will return every place has a off day every now or then, but no need to cut off the good days.

Went there on 8/22 at 2011, the driver thru person was rude, she was bothered that we didn’t leave right after we got our food, because they forgot to give us the ranch we asked for. This place does it a lot. When I get home to eat my food the avocado on the chicken tostada was old. We will not come to location again because it’s not the first time they been rude and have forgotten to give us something.
