Been going to this lakewood store for over 20 years. But, since a new management took over 4 months ago, it has gone down hill, as far as the chips go. They use to to change the oil daily, now only once a week. And you can tell it by the greasy coating and the bad taste. It not only me, but others have said the same thing. But the rest of the food is just fine. I will continue to go back, but no chips , please.

I love coming here to get my three pc meal I came today on 2/24/2024 the night crew are amazing a lot of young talented people I love how they always give me just enough sauce and serranos with my food ( they are not greedy) service is good I always feel welcome thank you guys you guys rock

Every since Covid the quality of service has gone down so I won't go too hard because of those reasons but it's time to kick it up a notch El Pollo Loco you're getting stingy with the the portions for the prices.
