The food is always tasty. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice location in Lakewood across from the mall and movie theater. I'll be back.

Always good food and the extra fries in the bag can be worth the $20 you spend on a burger. I know... its expensive!

Five Guys never disappoints! Their burgers are flavorful and juicy; don't forget the napkins! They have a variety of burger add-ons without the added price. The grill is fired up but they don't cook it until you order it. Fries are a must! Their fries are never frozen and they even tell you where the potatoes came from for your fries that day. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Expensive mediocrity. Little cheeseburger, little fries, little coke - big bill: $19. Yep $19. I figured this would be good and well-worth the cost. Nope. The burger patty felt loose - like someone just tossed some ground beef together but didn't press it. A good burger usually has a bit of a chew to them. Meat was overly greasy, but I was told that's kinda their thing. Tomatoes were mushy. Lettuce was fine. The bun tasted like the same low-quality airy buns from the supermarket. So yeah it's mediocre, at best. You're better off at the burger king a block away. The fries were the stars. These were thick fries that were well seasoned and quite tasty. Crispy on the outside yet fluffy inside with generous portions. Great job!

The burgers here are made to order, with your choice of toppings. They are also really good burgers. They don't have shakes, which is a drag. But, as I understand it, they don't have freezers either. While the food is good, the lack of shakes is a drag for the pure burger experience. The place has a 50s burger-diner vibe. The free peanuts and peanut-laden floor is part of the deal, and it's cool. The food is cooked to order. The servers are friendly. The food comes up in a reasonable time, depending on how busy they are.I like 5 Guys. But they're a one trick pony, and shakes aren't part of the trick. That means I can't give them 5 stars. But the burgers and fries are really good.

This modern era of know it alls can make speaking up difficult. I asked for my burger well done as I sometimes like the char or the ground beef with the taste of the soft Five Guys bun and cheese. As the woman at the front gave me my total which was close to $40, I reiterated the "well done" part as I didn't see it on the screen. I couldn't tell if she was being sarcastic by the look on her face, but she gave this tone that I should already know, "all of our burgers are well done." Basically her insinuation was blunt and straightforward - she didn't need to say anything to the cook. I started to double down on my well done burger and simply decided to leave it alone and not say anything. That split second of indecision... ‍ I don't think the pink in this picture shows an establishment doing patties well done for all patrons. Listen to your customers when they speak. Shouldn't have to say it twice and fight for something so simple. And I got regular fries after asking for Cajun.

What happened to the fries? Maybe it's a California thing but the you get less fries now and just because I can afford it doesn't mean I should buy it. Tasteless mushy burgers. Not worth the money.

The Willy winks of burgers is correct, you wont believe the price, $27.22 for a burger fries and a soda, Was it worth it??? No, sadly the burgers a mess no matter how u order it , and while it is filling, the taste is quite lacking, I can see how the fry's are a big draw, but at almost 7 dollars it's just too much even with the huge helping they give u. It's a wont be back for me just on flavor alone, and the prices just make it easier to not come back, I expected way more for the price
