The customer service is outstanding, all the individuals are very sweet and kind. I Highly recommend this hidden gem, The food is a true Italian experience.

This place is amazing! Their sandwiches, deli counter, canolis, & even specialty sodas are delicious. We've ordered a different variety of items every time we go & we're always pleased. Staff are always friendly & helpful. My favorite is the Italian sub, original canoli, & stuffed peppers. Just go! Order anything & you'll be happy. Awesome awesome place!

We absolutely are obsessed with this place. If you want a huge deli sandwich w/ premium meats at the same price as jimmy John's go here instead. Also, if you like soup, gots some good soups and deli section and a mini Italian goods store like pasta, sauce, premium mozzarella, etc. Spumoni! Mini pecan pies. I will say the wait is long so just call your order ahead and pick up. Owner is great, spunky, a riot. He's got some razz. 'We don't sell garbage here' da best. Would recommend the spicy cold cut, Reuben, stuffed red peppers and clam chowder on Saturday.

This is my favorite deli hands down. The staff is always so friendly and you can't beat their food. I've never eaten anything there that I didn't love. Their pasta with meatballs and pink sauce is something that I desperately crave. It's a tiny hole in the wall place and it's outstanding

Drove 30 mins and they closed early for no reason... some chick screamed from the back we closed early for the Super Bowl... wgaf about that!!! Signs all over the place say 11-7PM you guys better by my kid a me a meal for wasting our time and gas!

1. Food is GREAT 2. Service needs work 3. If you're in a hurry, this isn't your place. Come here weekly because the food is so good. Shocked when Customers are literally ready to throw blows in the parking lot. Simple fix, have a dedicated cashier to direct customer flow. Let's say you call in an order, you'll walk in and see 8 angry people huddled in the cramped space by the register. Some are walk ins who ordered food in the back. some want service at the deli case, some don't know to order food at the back, some want groceries or specialty sodas. Nobody knows who's in line or what's going on. You can literally see the desperation in customers faces. You've got an employee at the slicer slicing for their life who can't be bothered. You've got an employee taking inventory outside the deli case at noon on a Saturday.... very important apparently. Every employee is too busy to greet you, it's almost like you're lucky to get food or even be there. Sorry, I'm writing this in hopes that my message finds its way to the owner. If you're the polite kind of person, you'll wait forever. You've almost gotta be rude and complain to get the attention of the staff to get service. It doesn't have to be this way, nor should it. This is an amazing gem of an Italian deli, and while I walk out with my favorite Italian favorites, the experience makes my ulcer act up. All it would take is a simple policy change from the boss: "Staff, greet our customers when they walk in." Trust me, we don't mind waiting for the amazing food that comes out of this place, but it's not the salami that's gonna give me a heart attack, it's the experience. I hope this place never closes, I hope it expands! I wish you nothing but profit and prosperity!

Absolutely love this place, wonderful service and food is always fantastic. Perfect place to pick up authentic Italian ingredients you can't find at regular stores and their made to order cannolis are soo delicious!

Imagine my disappointment. December 23rd, I came in close to closing time to order meats and cheese for sandwiches on Christmas. I also got two containers of mozzarella balls and when I opened them on Christmas, I had noticed that both containers had actually expired on December 20th, three days prior to me buying them. They were awful and a waste of fourteen or sixteen bucks. I also purchased two loaves of banana nut bread and it was nothing like any I've had before, this too was awful and fourteen bucks for the two. I had even tipped closed to twenty dollars, that was a mistake. I spent a total of 170.00 and fifty of it went in the trash. Check the dates on the things you're selling, no one wants to get sick or buy expired food. So disappointed.
