This restaurant is normally really great on service, apparently they had a lot of call outs on Sunday afternoon because today the service was delayed and our orders were mixed up and delayed badly. Now the food is great but we've decided to stick with going on Saturday like we normally do.

9 years and over are charged as adults. Pricing doesn’t seem reasonable to compare a 9year old to an adult. Manager on Duty doesn’t have good customer service. We had a party of 2 families- what was supposed to be a total of 8 people to celebrate my son’s bday. It was a Monday afternoon at 3pm, not busy at all and my friend asked to start eating first as her daughter had a game to play and would only be able to stay for 30-40 minutes for a quick bite. We of course would pay for her to eat as we did for everyone in our party. The Manager would not let them get a head start on cooking. Why not let them eat as a party of 3 and let my family of 5 ( 5 plus one two year old) join in after (we arrived 20 minutes later and we ended up leaving around 4:45pm. We ended up just having her sit on the waiting area as she would not be able to eat food with us and didn’t want the team to accidentally charge us for her. The bday boy wanted to celebrate there and enjoys the ice cream, which unfortunately they didn’t have. Waiters are polite but the manager will be the reason we won’t return. He has a hard time pivoting as a manager on duty, shows a lack of empathy and problem solving skills to paying customers. Also there was a random screw on our grill. Not sure how anyone missed that while setting up the table but the waiter took it with him.

Billed as AYCE but such a disappointment: less quality meats. In the end we were charged a service fee for large party -4 adults plus one toddler counts as 5! Would not recommend. Poor overall wait staff. I’m shocked that they are still in business, dirty floors and has seen better days overall.

I was very disappointed with how my child was treated at this restaurant. My daughter is 10 years old, and one of the staff members questioned her age in a way that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. It came across as if they didn’t believe her or were trying to challenge us, which felt rude and disrespectful.
I understand that some places have age-based menus or policies, but there are better ways to ask without making a child feel singled out or embarrassed. This experience made us feel very unwelcome, and we won’t be returning.

The food is good but the service is horrible. I’ve been here a few times, about 5, hoping every time that the service would improve but hasn’t. Everyone there looks miserable and like they don’t want to serve you or like you’re a bother to them. When it’s literally their job to serve you. Even the manager has a shitty attitude. Has no consideration for their customers. I definitely won’t be coming back. There are other kbbq spots with really good food AND amazing service. It was about 40 minutes before closing and they were already making us feel like we had to leave.. When the other times we have gone they weren’t so desperate to get us out way before closing. It’s as if the service just keeps declining more and more every visit and like the workers hate their job. It’s just a bad vibe

Music is too loud! I thought it was me until I overheard a couple say they felt like they were in a nightclub! Aside from that, it's a great place to eat.
Would have given 5 on food. But they are always out of something. Either the mussel, ice cream or tortillas. But it is one of my favorite places!

The cuts of meat are just so delicious. As are the steamed egg, the salad, the banchan side dishes, and the kimchi rice with cheese. Comes with free vanilla soft serve ice cream! Recommended *****The servers are really nice. And fast. What a good Father's Day idea. Wait time is maybe ten to fifteen minutes. Has soju and beer. Please have a designated driver. A really cool place. I loved all the banchan. Again I enjoyed all the meats. And strawberry lemonade. And free ice cream.
