I’m honestly appalled by this location. I went in with my two children and ordered a bowl — they advertise that you can get as much meat and vegetables as you want. The cooks prepare your food in front of you, so I decided to sit down but kept an eye on the process. To my surprise, I saw them take out some of the meat I had added, leaving me with less and replacing it with extra vegetables. That was absolutely unacceptable and disappointing.
On top of that, the front cashier was extremely rude. If you don’t like your job, then maybe this isn’t the place for you — customer service isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. But that kind of attitude — rude, unbothered, and clearly not wanting to be there — is just very unappealing and makes the whole experience worse.
I didn’t say anything at the moment because I didn’t want a confrontation, but I will never return to this place again. If you do go, make sure to watch the cooks closely — don’t just trust them to do it right.

Having forgotten to request hot sauce for my meal, I revisited the cashier to make the request, but found the employee busy on TikTok. She handed me two packets of hot sauce, but when I asked for an additional one, she was too preoccupied with her phone to accommodate my request.
Great service but the sauce is wayyy overly salty. I wish they wouldn’t drench it with soy sauce 3 times! I asked for no additional salt for my meal. Should’ve asked for no soy sauce unfortunately.

I have been coming tot his place since I was a little girl. Now I come with my own children. I know the manager as he has worked there for well over a decade. Idk what is wrong with the system but I added noodles to my bowl but none were added. I went to pick up my order and it said no noodle so I politely told her I’m sorry it says no noodles but I wanted noodles not sure if their was something wrong with the system because all orders said no noodle. She was like well you put no noodle so no noodle. She is very rude and has no sense of customer service at all. Be kinder like your manager you could learn a thing or 2 from him. Kindness will take you a long way. 😊🫶

The food tastes great! I love seeing the cooks make your order. Those guys are talented. The food came a little messy, and the self-serve bar was a little dirty. The location is a little too expensive for my pocket, but I would probably visit about once every 3 months. My total came out to $19.45 for 1 bow.l Overall, it's great tasting, and the staff is friendly .

I had an order for pick up. I saw my name on the bag and grabbed it because it was busy I wasn’t going to wait in line to pick up my order. Cashier stops everything she’s doing and treats me like a thief for taking it. A man took his food while this was occurring and she did nothing.
