The lady literally dropped a whole tray of metal pans on my car, and the manager on duty proceeded to tell me it was not a big deal, while the girl just laughed the whole time. Super unprofessional way to handle this issue, and I will not be returning here. I called the corporate location and they tried to give me free coupons, but that’s not gonna fix the damage to my vehicle. In N Out needs to do better, especially with the rapid decline in quality of food and portion sizes relative to prices. This location needs an overhaul/remodel if you ask me.

The drive thru lines are so slow! They have a kitchen apart from the actual restaurant where there’s only 2 people cooking (keep in mind there’s 2 drive thru lanes) When you finally make it to the front of the line expect to wait another 20 minutes for your food.

This was our first food stop on our LA trip. We loved it so much during our last visit that we made a beeline here on our way to Disneyland. My friend and I ordered a Double-Double burger, Animal Style fries, and a cheeseburger with grilled onions and extra cheese.
The burgers were just as amazing as I remembered - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with fresh ingredients that hit the spot. It was my first time trying the Animal Style fries, and the cheese and bacon combo gave it an extra kick.
Starting our trip with such delicious food was the perfect way to kick things off. Definitely a great choice if you're in the area!

The best burgers for the price and quality. They just changed their fries so they much better now! But their prices without a coupon are better than most coupon purchases elsewhere. That's why the lines can be 50 cars long. But they move faster than anyones.
