The drive thru lines are so slow! They have a kitchen apart from the actual restaurant where there’s only 2 people cooking (keep in mind there’s 2 drive thru lanes) When you finally make it to the front of the line expect to wait another 20 minutes for your food.

This was our first food stop on our LA trip. We loved it so much during our last visit that we made a beeline here on our way to Disneyland. My friend and I ordered a Double-Double burger, Animal Style fries, and a cheeseburger with grilled onions and extra cheese.
The burgers were just as amazing as I remembered - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with fresh ingredients that hit the spot. It was my first time trying the Animal Style fries, and the cheese and bacon combo gave it an extra kick.
Starting our trip with such delicious food was the perfect way to kick things off. Definitely a great choice if you're in the area!

The best burgers for the price and quality. They just changed their fries so they much better now! But their prices without a coupon are better than most coupon purchases elsewhere. That's why the lines can be 50 cars long. But they move faster than anyones.

How does it take 45 minutes for 3 cars in line but then to find out when you finally pull up to the window they have yet to even start working on your burger. Instead your employees are worried about the line of cars and keep watching the cars rather than do their job I’ve been a long time customer but your guys is service has gone so far downhill that all you can ever do is reimburse people with a free french fry
