If I could give zero stars I would. Worse experience I’ve had in a long time. I walked in, no greeting. I was given a sideways look by tow of the workers. No one asked of I needed help. I asked the man standing at the counter if he ordered, he said go ahead. After 3 minutes of standing there, the lady pointed at the kiosk for me to order. I looked through the kiosk and couldn’t find side of eggs. When I explained to the lady that I couldn’t order it on kiosk, she pointed me to the next kiosk saying the first one she’d pointed me to was broken. Why would you tell me to use it if it’s broken. So I tried the second kiosk, same results. A man working the fryer came forward told me to again use the kiosk, I explained that what I wanted to order was not listed on the kiosk. He then proceeded to ask the man standing at the counter if he needed to order and took his order in Spanish. Once he took his order, the man working the fryer walked away not taking my order. I stood there for another 2-3 minutes before I left. I won’t be going back to this location.

The drive through cashier was a bit rude. However, another young lady came to the window and was way more pleasant.

I am on vacation from north Carolina and wanted to snack om something late night.it said they was 24 hours and it's not.im sitting in the drive thru and nobody didn't say anything not even we close.im continue to drive around and they sitting down.the worker clearly had the head set on not even working.thats called stealing hours.need to do better

Lately, I've been disappointed with the service at the Jack-In-The-Box on Lakewood and South, and honestly don't know if I'll be back there anytime soon. The wait times have been extremely long . Last Thursday night, after waiting for almost an hour, a kind lady by the name of Tinea walked up to our car and compensated for the long wait time by offering us some large fries and a large shake. She offered to remake the order we'd asked for, but our child was already growing restless, and there were still so many other cars waiting. This employee, while nice and professional, seemed overwhelmed trying to take orders along with assisting her other coworkers. During the time my wife and I were waiting for our food and drinks, it appeared that orders were constantly being taken back, with customers not being satisfied with the food they were given due to these orders being incorrect. Meanwhile, the experience itself was frustrating, but I'm grateful the woman who took our order was efficient and wanted to compensate for the lack of communication from the staff at this location . I of course understand that not everything goes according to plan, and some nights will be busier than others. However, it is my sincere hope that things shape up soon so customers can begin receiving the food and service they are paying for in a timely manner.

If you have a coupon, don’t go inside and try to order. There was no cashier to assist. I was repeatedly ignored when I asked for help.

It’s weird that the employees ask you to hold back from the window. Why does the company set policies that only end up influencing the employees to do such a silly things? Such games are for children and have no place in the professional food service industry.

The staff overall seemed pretty on top of their stuff but I will say that violet has great customer service! She noticed that I needed a different straw while she was already running out another order and I was getting ready to head out. Sometimes the small details make the best customer service experiences! I don’t see many people who care to help just because they can. She could have just as easily decided it wasn’t her problem and that she didn’t have time for it at that point but she took her time to ask if I’d like a better one.

I ordered a pretty big order and gave detailed instructions. The entire order was COMPLETELY WRONG. Everything I did not want on all items was on all items. So they just blatantly ignored the order ticket. I mean the items that are requested not to be on any item ordered literally goes back to the cooks on a screen they are supposed to read. They obviously didn’t care about a paying customers request. Not ok Jack in the box!!! Regional Management should seriously pay close attention to this location. They are dropping the ball in a major way. Just read the reviews and that pretty much says it all!!!
