This was my first time visiting this location. I usually order at Maywood, but I saw this location on my way home so I decided to order here online. I saw this location is 24hrs and the dining room closes at 10pm. I tried to go in at 9:58PM to pick up my food but the doors were already closed. It sucks because I had passed the drive thru, so parked to the stores next door. I had to enter the gasoline station just to pick up the food. The person in drive-thru was nice though! I think what I’m somewhat upset is I always order Jack’s coffees and ordered two coffees (L/M) and the large one was watered down and wasn’t even filled to the top. The medium was good though, but they should’ve both been good though because I ordered both of them at the same time and same order, so it shouldn’t have been watered down. I had to throw it away 🥲.

The food was cold and my fries were soggy and no salt when I even asked for extra salt and one of my hamburger was only supose to have no tomatoes or onions no ketchup or salt for my fries every disappointed im calling my bank today

If I could give zero stars I would. Worse experience I’ve had in a long time. I walked in, no greeting. I was given a sideways look by tow of the workers. No one asked of I needed help. I asked the man standing at the counter if he ordered, he said go ahead. After 3 minutes of standing there, the lady pointed at the kiosk for me to order. I looked through the kiosk and couldn’t find side of eggs. When I explained to the lady that I couldn’t order it on kiosk, she pointed me to the next kiosk saying the first one she’d pointed me to was broken. Why would you tell me to use it if it’s broken. So I tried the second kiosk, same results. A man working the fryer came forward told me to again use the kiosk, I explained that what I wanted to order was not listed on the kiosk. He then proceeded to ask the man standing at the counter if he needed to order and took his order in Spanish. Once he took his order, the man working the fryer walked away not taking my order. I stood there for another 2-3 minutes before I left. I won’t be going back to this location.
