Constantly raising prices and now charging for sauces, this place has gone downhill. From one of my first choices to last resort. Spend your money elsewhere.

I don't know what happened to the crew here but this is not the service I've experienced before. The order was incomplete and 3x I asked for a large meal and received a small instead. Communication is not there and service is now a one star from a previous 5 Star.

They gave me my incomplete order and the drink I asked for a regular coke and they gave me a cherry coke.In my order I was missing my crispy chicken strips

As I have had to many times to count, the same issue with Jack In the box. I work overnight, I place a mobile order, and when I get there they are closed. They are supposed to turn off mobile ordering, but never do. They take my money and I pay hell getting it back. You cannot call anyone, all you can do is fill out an online form, nobody ever responds to it. I have to make multiple requests and wait weeks to get a refund. Why??? I am still waiting on this restaurant in Lakewood to respond. My money was stolen on 1-31- 2024. Can I have my money back please? Stop ripping off your customers Jack!

I got charged for "dipping sauce," not extra just one ranch for my combo. I usually get breakfast here, which is probably why I have never noticed, but I will definitely not be coming back.

Very bad service. They kept waiting and they didn't get the complete order. I had to get off and they waited a long time and they still didn't give me the complete order. When they finally gave it to me, the first thing was cold and when I got home it wasn't The burger I ordered, I'm seriously disappointed in this location, not all of them are the same.
Please remove the small girl working the drive thru intercom. She doesn't speak or understand English well enough to take orders. She tried to rush me while I was ordering even when there were no cars behind me. To top it off, she got my order wrong.

Charged me twice, tried to talk to me like I was stupid when I told them I already paid. She literally just kept trying to act like she knew what she was doing, and when I call she acts like she still didn't charge me twice. Can't say sorry for the mistake she even makes and still gives all this attitude. Literally no common sense from a manager, I don't understand how you can act like that when I ask a simple question? First this place always sends you to park on spot 1 or 2 and they even double up on placing people in the spots they have available. They got my order wrong giving me medium fries instead of large and I asked them for ranch yet they only gave me ketchup and hot sauce . Been multiple times they get the order wrong .
