This was my first (and last) visit. Ordered the Oatmeal and lavender latte. The male working the counter was friendly and welcoming, however, the female who made the oatmeal soup had a disgusting attitude. There’s a Starbucks in Vons, the experience is sure to be better there.

Food and coffee were great, staff is incredibly unprofessional. We were sitting next to two paying customers (they both had full drinks) when one worker came out to ask what they were still doing here? Her attitude made us feel unwelcome so we quickly left after they did, as did the table next to us as well we assume for the same reason. Probably won't be back.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and quick with drinks. They're ready with a smile, which is always appreciated so early in the morning. My only complaint is that the croissants aren't flaky, but that's getting really nitpicky. I adore this place; the flat white is my go-to.
Dietary restrictions: They have a ton of milk substitutions; there's an entire list of whole milk substitutions next to the counter. I never knew so many existed!

The coffee drinks are actually good a well as the few food items they have such as bagels. Friendly service. HOWEVER, the store is very unappealing (nicer than saying "filthy"). The tattered cloth chairs were so disgusting they were most likely rat infested and I wouldn't sit in them on a dare. Suggest taking your food outside or home to eat.

ordered a double macchiato (traditional style). Service was helpful and friendly. The coffee tasted nice, although perhaps one dimensional. Had wifi, some comfy chairs, and tables around to work. Good to spend some hours there if you need a coffee fix.
