Friendly and clean sandwich shop. My favourite is the turkey and provolone sandwich served "Mike's Way". But they have a good variety of sandwiches for everyone. Only wish they had Coca-Cola products. But, otherwise very pleased! They even have cookies and brownies and crisps.

Huge disappointment for first time ordering from this store. Had just flown in from the East coast and was quite hungry. Ordered 2 Club sandwiches and added extra meat on one ($30 order),onions on the side and lots of banana peppers. They put onions on the sandwich which I had to pick off and extra in a baggie. There was almost no banana peppers and meat amount looked the same as other sandwich. $3.69 for extra meat, don’t waste your money. Manager said you get like a couple extra slices of meat. Didn’t look like any more than the 2nd Club sub. Didn’t seem to care that I was disappointed. Left still hungry.

This is my local JM and we frequent it fairly often. I've read some of the reviews and I've not experienced anything but friendly folks behind the counter. It can be challenging to hear due to the noise from normal operations, so speaking up helps make certain your sandwiches are accurately prepared. My favorite sandwich is the #99 Cheese Steak sandwich on Rosemary Parm, with the veggies cooked well, heavy Chipotle mayo, and add bacon. Hands down the best hot sandwich anywhere. I enjoy it with Miss Vicki's Smokehouse BBQ chips every time. When we prefer a cold sandwich, we tend to go with the #9 Club Supreme with provolone instead of Swiss. I like to get light mayo on top and bottom breads, so it holds up better to the Juice. My wife enjoys getting her sub in the tub, which is a great alternative to the usual sandwich. The staff at this location are generally busy as this is a popular location. If they're not helping folks in-store, they're making internet orders. Once you become familiar with ordering at JM's and learn your preferences, navigating this store, or any other, is quite simple. Highly recommend.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps other than from the parking lot to the walkway. Once you're up on the walkway, the path of travel is ADA accessible and relatively flat to traverse.
