Poor service, no greeting. Not very friendly. Then to top it off I ordered 3 sandwiches...they made all 3 sandwiches...they did not place the 3rd sandwich in the bag, however, they charged me $48.00.

This is my local JM and we frequent it fairly often. I've read some of the reviews and I've not experienced anything but friendly folks behind the counter. It can be challenging to hear due to the noise from normal operations, so speaking up helps make certain your sandwiches are accurately prepared. My favorite sandwich is the #99 Cheese Steak sandwich on Rosemary Parm, with the veggies cooked well, heavy Chipotle mayo, and add bacon. Hands down the best hot sandwich anywhere. I enjoy it with Miss Vicki's Smokehouse BBQ chips every time. When we prefer a cold sandwich, we tend to go with the #9 Club Supreme with provolone instead of Swiss. I like to get light mayo on top and bottom breads, so it holds up better to the Juice. My wife enjoys getting her sub in the tub, which is a great alternative to the usual sandwich. The staff at this location are generally busy as this is a popular location. If they're not helping folks in-store, they're making internet orders. Once you become familiar with ordering at JM's and learn your preferences, navigating this store, or any other, is quite simple. Highly recommend.Parking: Ample parking in the adjacent lots.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps other than from the parking lot to the walkway. Once you're up on the walkway, the path of travel is ADA accessible and relatively flat to traverse.

I try to cut slack for service workers as I was one for many years but this is inexcusable this place was not even busy and I saw 4 people behind the counter, I just left about 20 minutes ago. The young woman making sandwiches behind the counter clearly saw me standing in front of her and would not make eye contact with me and in fact walked away. I thought maybe I had to place my order at the register. The young man at the register walked right past me and proceeded to take the next 2 customers orders when I waved and says excuse me I was next! He said has no one taken your order I said no I've been waiting. With no apology he asked me for my order which I gave him, did not ask the usual questions about bread or extras. Instead of waiting on me he continued to help the 2 customers behind me so I had to interrupt him while he was waiting on the them as he gave the specifics of my order to the disinterested woman who was not the least bit interested in preparing my sandwich judging by her speed in preparing the grill. I finally got my sandwich and left not leaving a tip which is not the norm for me I always tip. Sorry I bothered you guys with my business I assure you it won't happen again. I guess that's why they are not busy during a lunch hour.

Having been wowed by our first visit to a Jersey Mike's in Vista, we decided to visit this location. Unfortunately we were less impressed. My wife's tuna sub not as good and my Philly cheese hohum.

This location works hard to maintain their friendliness and overall dining experience. The staff has a bit of turnover, but the training is pretty good here. Consistent quality on any sandwich I've ordered here. I usually order in, slow down, and enjoy my meal here. The menu is the same as other JMs, but I really enjoy my favorite sandwich here. I order a #99 Cheese Steak on Rosemary Parm bread, with the veggies grilled well, heavy Chipotle Mayo and add bacon. Add chips & a drink and this is the perfect meal. I usually save my points for a much larger order. Sometime, I'll treat friends and family to a sandwich so they can experience Jersey Mike's for themselves. You can't go wrong at this location.

This review is based solely on customer service, not the food.We have ordered from Jersey Mike's twice in the last week. There is a young black girl with colored braids who is EXTREMELY rude. Both times I've picked up my to-go orders, I confirm the number of sandwiches (they are large orders) and she looks so bothered. She doesn't say a word, just nods her head and won't even give you eye contact. She's working today, 10/17/23 and our order was at noon, so it shouldn't be hard to identify her. Management, I really hope you send her to take some serious customer service courses because she has a horrible, negative attitude.

Very bad service, I stood in line for about 20 minutes, I ordered my sandwich and the cook just wrote the order on a piece of paper, and asked the person who was behind me to see if I placed the order for the person who was behind me. me, then he started to clean the machine with the slicer, he was coming, 8 minutes passed and I didn't place my order, he was looking for something, then he came to tell me that he didn't have the bread for my sandwich, that if I wanted it in wheat or rose marry, I decided not to continue with the order because it took so long to get online and after I ordered, she already knew that they didn't have the bread and it took her so long to tell me that they didn't have the bread. ??
