I ordered this place for the first time ever.ordered a giant sandwich menu price was 15.59 they asked me if I wanted cheese and I said yes when it was rung up the total was 21.59 I asked why and Bella said it’s because of the cheese never even mentioned it before hand how unprofessional. I was order 17 and they called 18-22 before I walked up and asked where mine was. They proceed to play the blame game with each other and I mention how this was my lunch break and now I won’t have time, to this they rudely replied do you want to wait or get a refund? I responded I’ll wait since now I definitely don’t have time.

I recently placed a catering order over the phone & I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding customer service experience. Bryce was exceptionally helpful & patient as well as accommodating! Additionally the day my order was set for pick up, I received a call from a different employee (I did not catch his name) stating the oven was malfunctioning and my order would not be ready on time. The kind gentleman stated that as soon as it was all ready he would drive out to our venue to deliver! These 2 employees absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied! Thank you both so very much! Aside from all of that, the sandwiches and the wraps were DELICIOUS! Thank you for coming through!

This location used to be good as far as the customer service and their sandwiches! This past year or so it seemed to be getting Sloppy , unprofessional and I'm always receiving the wrong order or my sandwich is always missing an ingredient that I ordered .I've been there 3 times already in the evening they claim to be out of bread ? Unreal ! It's like 6:30ish! Really! They should close their doors then ! How could you sell sandwiches w/o bread? The staff ( young kids ) is always on their phones and talking among themselves , when you walk in it's like .. how dare you interrupt them ! Not nice , not professional at all! I stopped going for a while because of this ! Last night we stopped by after 3 months of not coming here because we went to Jamba next door ! So we said ok let's give another try since it's been a while ! Same thing again! !! It was 8:42pm , mind you they close at 9pm! Soon as as I open the door and said "Hi" an employee standing by a table near the entrance says , we are out of bread ! What ? So I say , but you guys are open? It's not 9 ? Then another young employee comes out from the back towards the counter and says , yeah we just put the bread away and points at the cart / rack full of empty bread trays ( all 3 boys are giggling ) Unreal ! I just shook my head and walked out ! Nothings changed ! I drove to Downey Landing Jimmy John's ! Great customer service , they had fresh bread , received a great sandwich with a smile and they close at 10pm ! This will be my new Jimmy John's ! It's sad because I always support my community restaurants ( city of Lakewood ) !

Best location in the area, from the time I walked in Bryce, Jeremiah, & Dontell were very professional and gave a once in a lifetime experience! As far as the food, the sandwiches we got looked exactly as advertised and they were VERY fresh. Overall 10/10 experience, I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone that I come across! Go visit and give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!

Thursday June 15th was my 1st day I stepped in "Jimmy John's" & it was a great experience from entering till leaving. I was greeted with a smile & I felt so welcomed at "Jimmy John's". Sophia handled several tasks & greeted other guests with a smile also. Then later I was greeted by Gesenia with another welcoming smile & she took care of a tech problem from the register. Both Gesenia & Sophia did a wonderful job taking care of customers including me & with winning smiles. The "Jimmy John's" sandwiches were also so yummylee delicious & I recommend people to come to"Jimmy John's". Restaurant was also nice & clean. Thank you "Jimmy John's" Team (Gesenia & Sophia)
This Jimmy John's has gone completely downhill. I used to work there and when I did, we had strict standards. Everyone had to wear gloves, visor, close toed shoes, aprons, etc and we ALWAYS had a delivery driver. Now, there are never any delivery drivers. Sandwiches are made slow (when they are known for being "freaky fast"). Last time they were playing music with cuss words super loud to where I was like yelling at the register, & they're all in crocs with no hats or hair nets. I will not be returning to this Jimmy John's!!

I came here to pick up lunch for myself and my coworkers. The staff was unable to keep the orders straight for our 4 sandwiches and forgot some modifications on one sandwich. It was also relatively slow waiting for them to make the sandwiches. One of my coworkers ordered a fountain drink and when I used the soda machine, black specks were in the drink. I brought this up to the staff and they tried to pour me a new cup but when I inspected it, there were still a lot of black specks so they ended up giving me a bottled soda. They did not appear to be planning to clean the soda machine or do anything about the issue so I would AVOID GETTING A FOUNTAIN DRINK HERE!

Gotta love Jimmy John’s because it’s fresh and so tasty. There are many sandwiches options to choose from. The staff was polite and made the sandwich with perfection. The store was clean and is located is across from the Lakewood Mall. Plenty of parking.

This review is for the new Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich. Overall the ratio of mozzarella, balsamic and salami was not good. The sandwich was dripping in oil and balsamic making the sandwich way too wet and acidic, taking away from the pesto flavor. Overall, I would not purchase this sandwich again.

Totally forgot to leave a review the other day but, I have lived in Lakewood my whole life and never experienced such rude behavior from an employee, I come here regularly and couldn't believe the service here!! This Jimmy John's is HORRIBLE !! The Assistant Manager Janessa is HORRIBLE!! Yes, I said her name, so it can be known! & shoutout to the kind young man who was nice enough to give me her name. She must be a new employee, that was my first time seeing her there. As the younger generation say these days SMFH ! I will no longer be going to this Jimmy John's! These employees look under the age of 18, please Upper Management, be sure who you hire next.
