Always bought ddeuk from here at Korean markets and preordered a few times for a pick up. Since I like the taste of JR ddeuk I stopped by the store to pick up some. WORST customer service EVER. WHY? Is it really that hard? I’m determined not to buy anything anymore from here.
I always purchased their rice cake at the markets and liked them so I went in to get a quote for catering and the owner was SO RUDE. I needed some help in how much I should order and getting details of what types are included but it's as if she didn't want me to order. She would cut me off when I would ask a question and felt like she didn't want to interact at all. I'm never giving them business here.
