KFC has always tasted good since I was a 7yr old boy in Carson I remember the small corn ? on the cobs with butter and the original recipe kicking butt.... To the competition.....like Pioneer ?? ? chicken..... Till this day it's still finger licking GOOOOOOD to me.... J.L.B.

There were 2 young ladies one with red hair and the other one was hefty (she was wearing a green sweater). We were Waiting for over 10 min to order and I asked if someone could take my order and with a bad attitude the lady with red hair said they were busy, to do my order in the kiosk. Then when I asked for a refill I asked the hefty girl and she just stared at me and I asked again and with a bad attitude she raised her voice and said "Wait a sec!!!" . To which I told her she didn't have to give me an attitude like that! this happened approx 5:30 pm on Sun Oct 27, 2024

Unstaffed and the staff they had were extremely rude. I waited for 15mins for my food because I went inside. They cashier told me we always serve the drive thru first because we are in a timer.

Went to drive thru young lady was not friendly but rude. Was not nice in person was not given a receipt or napkins. Chicken legs we dry , hard and old chicken. Called in to report Maria who helped me on phone couldn't even speak English. I asked if I could leave My # so manager can call me back and she said no rudely. Said that I have to call back. Never going back with all bas reviews tells a lot

Very mixed on this review since I'm a basic orderer...... Ordering process went fine, but wow have prices gone up way too high for the pay rates of today..... Also, wth was up with my famous bowl.... so much Gravy but 4 small nuggets of chicken, about 1/4 of bowl was potatoes and small helping of corn. WTH is going on these days? ???
Corporate needs to do some serious intervention or face the facts from other reviews... This store and even others are getting seriously out of control........ If this is a corporate decision to charge more and give smaller portions than...... Shame on you..... Sorry, needed to be brutally honest on this review and hope it catches attention of corporate......... Get your business back under control of go out of business.

We Paid $25.35 for 8 piece Bucket chicken only but received 4 thighs instead of 2 Breast and 2 thighs. Didn’t notice until we got all the way home.
