I ordered through my mobile app and they are probably rushing the food orders as they come in depending on how busy the restaurant is. And that they are not attentive to detail. I requested no salt on the French fries and of course, there was salt in it. I requested salsa for my chicken strips and of course they forgot the salsa. So sometimes, little things like these mean a lot to customers so they need to be mindful of what was specifically requested by the customer so that they will keep coming back and appreciate how good they are to details even just the very small details.

Went to McDonald’s and was closed at 10:30am there was 5 workers as I seen and said they didn’t work because of “short staff” how did you operate the hour prior to? Ridiculous

My family and I recently visited this McDonald’s and placed our order through the app. When we arrived, I politely asked the manager if someone could clean the table, as it was dirty. After receiving our food, the manager unexpectedly and rather bluntly stated that our toddler had thrown up food on the floor. However, we had just gotten our food and hadn’t even started eating yet.

It felt unfair and uncomfortable to hear such a direct accusation, especially when there were already pieces of bread or food on the floor when we arrived. Instead of approaching the situation with kindness, common sense, or understanding that the mess may have been from a previous customer, the manager immediately pointed the finger at us — particularly our toddler.

This experience left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. As paying customers, we believe we should be treated with basic courtesy and care. I sincerely hope this manager reflects on how they speak to families and treats all guests with more kindness and professionalism moving forward.

Ummmm literally 10:23 and this place is completely closed. So much for being advertised to be open till 11pm. I guess they start cleaning at 9ishhh and completely shut down by 10pm

So I woke up early just to go get McDonald’s breakfast with my family this morning. We rolled into the drive thru and the worker seemed to take our order down just fine. However, when we went to the window to pay and receive our food, the man didn’t acknowledge us and tried to send us on our way without our full order. When we asked for our drinks, he questioned our intentions and accused us of wanting drinks that we didn’t pay for. After seeing our receipt, he handed us our two drinks and apologized. That’s not even the main problem. The main problem was that as I was eating my sandwich (all of our food was cold btw), and I found a hair!!!! So disgusting🤮!! I am NEVER visiting here again!!!
