It’s so hard to ever order at this location forever for years. You had a broken menu at the drive-through, but expected patrons to be able to understand what they were ordering when you couldn’t see the menu now there’s a employees wants 20 an hour, but can’t comprehend when you ask for a number five they want to put a fillet of fish which is number six and then argue with you and try to have you order another meal on top of the meal you didn’t even order Then to make matters worse, they made the whole inside card only without telling anybody or won’t acknowledge you because you’re using cash and not a credit card. And on top of that, they give you attitude for no reason when they choose to work in fast food.

I don’t get why workers don’t offer ketchup. At times, they forget to put ranch for my mcnuggets. Today, I was told that there are no more ketchup. However, there are some ketchup on my burger. Unless, there are no more ketchup packets?? Is there a ketchup shortage that workers don’t offer it or not have any in stock? Not sure if it’s a management issue, laziness, or an actual ketchup shortage.

I went through the drive through at this location to purchase 10 5 dollar gift cards for a high school video production crew I work with. Big mistake. First, the person on the window said "gift cards, I don't know how to do that". So I drove up to the actual window. Once there, she says " we don't have any". I didn't believe her so I asked for the manager. The manager came and said "we don't have any gift cards at the moment". I questioned how a big company didn't have any. She then said "we are waiting for the Christmas ones to be delivered". I told her I didn't need those. She said well, we don't have any. As she walked away a young man stopped her and said something to her. Guess what? She comes back with a stack of about 100. So they did have them she just didn't want to be bothered. That young man stood there and did the entire transaction. The manager tried to come back and lie and said she was "looking for them" no she wasn't. Terrible. So then I called the Piazza Family Restaurant number listed on the window. I left 2 messages. It's been a week. I've waited long enough. So I'm leaving this review. They obviously don't care. Too bad.
That mcdonald's is top tier. Food is always fresh. Staff is always polite

A convenient McDonald's that I frequent often.I've only had a mishap or two from this place, but nothing that they haven't fixed pretty quickly.I've never actually sat down to eat here, and often go through their drive-thru, but sometimes I'll come in to place or pick-up an order. The interior is pretty clean, and I typically order through the kiosks as it's more convenient that way for me. Most times I'll get my order pretty quickly, but sometimes whether they're slammed with orders or under-staffed the wait can be a little long. No complaints about from me about it though, they're doing their best and as long as I get my order I'm happy. The employees have always been fast and kind, as well. Got two quarter pounders with cheese and a large fry on my last visit here. Their burgers always come out looking exactly like the advertisement, haha. Not sure if it was always like this or if I'm just noticing now because I'm taking photos for yelp. The fries here used to be really soft, and I'd have to throw them in my air fryer for a bit to crisp them up, but on my recent visit they were super crispy, well-done, which was great for me. The quarter pounder was solid. Tasty burger, good meaty flavor, soft bun with onions and cheese. Definitely getting it again. They typically have a BOGO on the app as well.Will be back!
