I have tried three tables, and at all three tables neither of outlets worked. Every table I tried had outlets. I plugged my laptop and ipad in each, but none of the outlets had power.

Place is really dirty it's kind of scary from the bathrooms to the floors and where you get your drinks, it's unfortunate this place used to be a lot cleaner.

This Panera location is dirty, you guys need to hire staff that clean tables and floor. The food was ok, but my coffee was cold, so I requested to warm it up and they did. Honestly I will not coming back here, Panera in Cerritos is much better

Are we checking the orders before we seal the bag or what? This is the second time you guys have placed the wrong soup in my bag. I will never order no tomatoes soup. Please tell me how you get that confused with broccoli cheddar? Get it together. Stop moving fast and move accurately and ensuring you and your team are placing the correct items in people's bag's.

The value for the food us always disappointing at Panera. The plus side is that the food is fresh and good quality. Just that the serving is a little small.

The sitting area is not being maintained clean, tables are dirty. The staff is not coming out to clean, check your camera system.. How can you be out of coffee at 8am? Not sure why I continue to pay for the sipclub. This place has been declining bad. The lobby smells bad l, dont think the carpet is being cleaned. Sad to see this place.deteriorate. Hope management will react and get this place cleaned up.

Please see this Avo Toast…. ! This should never be served again. One piece of toast with a mash piece of avocado! No taste, nothing special! But the price was unbelievable!!!!!! Ugh. No bagels at this restaurant this morning! This happens often! But the service at the register is outstanding! It needs to be, because I was disappointed when I saw the toast!

I ordered a salad. It was so small, and they forgot my avocado. Salad had a small cup of dressing on the side. It sucks when you pick up your food and take it to go then there's no avocado!
