For my experience they gotten my order wrong twice when I place it with the representative over the phone, my pizza was not delivered and I wasn’t able to get my money back. I won’t be ordering from this Papa Johns in lakewood any longer.

I was waiting for a while to be helped, and the young cashier helped some other guy behind me in line. A regular I'm assuming because he knew him, but am I not as important as any other paying customer? I was waiting to pick up my food as well. I don't really go back to places where people don't appreciate my hard earned money.

Worst pizza in town, I’ve been living in Lakewood for 10 years now. This pizza is garbage!!! Spent $40 for a stuffed crust pizza to be delivered. Every single topping fell off, the crust was the same consistency as wet paper towels. There’s 5 other shops in a mile radius. Go to Avilas pizza. It’s cheaper and it’s actually good… only ordered from here because my kid wanted to try it.

Over $50 worth of food was left on my front porch where the bugs could get at it. They didn't even ring the doorbell. Food was cold & they blamed Doordash. When I order online it's always a Papa John's driver that brings it. Now that there was a problem it all of a sudden was Doordash that delivered it. All they could say when I called was we're sorry for the mishap. Nothing but excuses. Worse service I've ever had. They should have gave me a refund. They lost a customer for sure. Ordered online and was immediately texted that they received my order and would keep me updated. They never did. After an hour I went in and the manager said that they never text people. The "manager" was extremely rude and wouldn't give me his last name. Really terrible service.

My little brother went to pick up the pizza and a middle aged lady was so rude to him. I watched from the car as she didn't let him in spoke rudely to him and kept eyeing him as he was walking back to the car with the pizza. Pizza was decent i guess but im scared she might have spit on the food. She was also so rude on the phone and acted like us just trying to get our pizza was bothering her. You're at work do you expect people not to eat pizza? And I know my little brother isn't rude because he's so forgiving he didnt want me to write this review because he didnt want to get her in trouble0/10 customer service I dont know how that lady still has a job!
